Côte Worcester

I love Cote the food is always fresh, hot and well presented. We have never received poor service from the staff and they are always pleasant. I would recommend a visit to anyone and can't wait for my next visit.

Great evening, staff were friendly & helpful they made my daughters birthday a one to remember. The food was very good.

Had a lovely early evening dinner. All of the strands were so attentive and the food was fantastic. Also a sign of a good restaurant when they are having a team huddle before the evening service. Keep up the good work!

As usual good food and ambience. Let down today... I booked a table for the January sale and this was confirmed on arrival. Bill presented wasn't discounted. Waiter said hadn't been notified Quickly sorted but shouldn't have happened.

Lovely evening in our local restaurant. Cote Brasserie has a menu to suit all tastes and is reasonably priced. The atmosphere and decor is just right and the staff are all very attentive. Will be going back soon

Great attentive service, great food & great wine. Encouraged by a complimentary bottle of merlot we traveled to Worcester by bus avoiding any chance of a breathaliser on the return home. We like your menu and overall formula. The only exception is the 'discretionary' 12.5% tip. If it really is discretionary why not let the customer add it t o the bill? How much of the tip goes to the staff? Sorry only complaint

Our American waiter was very friendly, your lack of vegan choices for breakfast is poor and most people want beans with breakfast but you don’t do that? I had to swap things to make the veggie breaky vegan. You should do oat milk, local independents such as waylands yard in worcester have the upper hand in my opinion. Also adding a 15% tip when it’s a breakfast is annoying I would have tipped anyway.

The service at first was lovely, we both really enjoyed our starters too. However, then service seemed to decline a little, we were left waiting a fair bit between courses. Our creme brulees were burnt too much on the top, so I left the top of mine. When the waiter was near our table my nan asked if he would take our dessert order because we had been waiting a while, he then got a bit snippy and said 'well yes that's what I'm here for', rather than apologising for the wait. After spending time looking at the menu, when I ordered I was told what I wanted was unavailable - someone should have told me that before. Then when I ordered my dessert I was told that was also sold out! Really annoying to happen twice.

The staff mixed up the order. Offered vegetarian meal instead of vegan. The manager apologised for this. We were then given a soup that was cold. This was obviously heated up in a microwave as it burnt my friends mouth when it was brought back. The black olives tasted disgusting. We thought they were out of date but we were told they were sun dried and an acquired taste. We have had meals at cote before and enjoyed them but today my vegan meals and the service was very poor.

We planned to have the 3 course menu but think that the staff were overstretched & nobody cleared our mains for a long time. Ordered wine but had to chase it up Chicken was salty, haddock a bit dry. We like cote a lot but our least successful visit to date.

very welcoming on arrival. premises very clean and a pleasant ambience. good choice from various menu's, a little disappointed with mussels as a number stayed firmly closed, otherwise tasty and a good sized portion as a starter. main courses all excellent, especially pork tenderloin which was delicious. service after initial 'burst' perhaps a little slow. Overall good and would certainly visit again

Fresh food cooked to perfection and beautifully presented in a relaxing environment by an outstanding, motivated team led by superb management who care about their customers. A really great dinner overall. Whilst writing I must also mention the delicious vegetarian breakfast.

Nice place for a chain restaurant. Felt like a chain restaurant in terms of decor. Service and food good. Bad points: Paying extra for vegetables when they should come with the meal Cote should just add £1-2 per main. I HATE RESTAURANTS THAT DO THIS it’s embarrassing when you are eating with friends or business to know if it’s acceptable to order extra. Kronenbourg far to expensive for 275ml at £3.85 if it was 330ml that’s bad enough but for 275ml !

We were really early, the shops were closed, it was miserable outside but the staff were welcoming, accommodating and attentive.
