It was lovely to be back. First time since March. Food was of usual same high standard and friendly efficient staff. Well done. ☺️
The service and food were both excellent. We were well looked after in a very professional and friendly manner and felt safe. Thank you. David and Susan Hales
Great lunch as ever at Cote Worcester. Really helpful staff, good social distancing and really, really delicious food. Only thing we didn't see was the QR code for the NHS app - would be good to make this more prominent.
Very good service and food was delicious, toddler also enjoyed his menu
Excellent light lunch today at Côte, Worcester. Service as good as ever. So welcoming and so smart too.
We had another long long lunch at Worcester Cote and enjoyed the ambience of the surroundings which were Covid Compliant. Well managed by a professional team. Always a pleasure to eat and drink there.
Excellent French experience in a very convenient location with good ambience.
We enjoyed a lovely lunch.Well done to the team at cote Worcester, they maintained their usual high standard. We hope to visit again soon.
Wonderful lunch! Great service and lovely friendly staff!!! Thank you very much.
Great service, delicious food. The waiting staff were attentive and thoughtful. Very much enjoyed the October Specials selection. The crêpes Grand Marnier, complete with flame, were an absolute treat. And I haven’t even mentioned the cocktail with dubonnet and fig. I can’t wait to go again- especially now I know that breakfast/brunch is back on the agenda.
Great service, great food, felt very safe and happy. Thanks!
Lovely food, great atmosphere and excellent service from always friendly staff
Excellent restaurant, great service. The best Tuna Nicoise I have had for a long time. Thanks to every at Cote
Excellent lunch. The salmon and ratatouille were absolutely delicious and I can HIGHLY recommend it. Great service. Covid secure . A very enjoyable time.
Brilliant staff. I’d fallen over on my way to restaurant and, upon arrival, a female member of staff was very supportive even bringing me a complimentary Prosecco which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. So I would definitely say exceeding customer expectations!
We had the October special. It was lovely and the cocktail was very good Good size portions. Will definitely book again.
Very disappointing this time. I have been eating here at the Worcester Cote since it opened, and the service is much slacker than it was at the beginning. Today I received a very brusque 'welcome' from a young manager, was not offered a choice of seat (there were plenty available), and waited 15 minutes for a simple starter with a gap of 15 minutes between courses. Not good at lunchtime. My waiter was fine, but there were insufficient of them to deal with demand, and food was coming from the kitchen without waiters available to present it to tables. Surely they can do better than this?
Delicious food, served by very competent and pleasant staff in difficult circumstances. Well done. You are our favourite restaurant.
Fantastic service Another amazing food Always enjoyed the beautiful food Thank you cote
Great staff ! Lovely menu with specials and the food was fantastic as usual
Another wonderful lunch at Cote Worcester. Professional and polite staff. Covid 19 compliant Follow government guidelines. Food excellent. Wine excellent .
A fantastic evening with equally matches food. All of staff are lovely and pleasant which just adds to the great evening we've had at Côte Brasserie.
There are three ingredients that contribute to a great experience when eating out - Good Service - Good Food and a Good atmosphere. the service was excellent -food was good but unfortunately Covid 19 has removed the atmosphere created when a restaurant is busy, buzzing and conversations levels create and contribute to a happy atmosphere.

Always good food and service but we didn-t understand why we were made to wait for a table to be cleaned and relaid when there were clean, set tables already available 🤔
Excellent service, great food and very respectful of social distancing and Coivd compliance. Lovely spacious restaurant.
We had a brilliant meal and we were well looked after by our waiter, Tom. We have already rebooked for another date night
Always great reception and ambiance, service is always attentive and food cooked to perfection.

Friendly staff, excellent food and service as always. Love the new October menu
Very good food, lovely staff and atmosphere. Best chain restaurant in Worcester!
As always, the Cote experience is second to none. Staff are courteous and efficient. The food is, as usual, of the highest quality. Any concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. We have made Cote our go to place for a treat. May you continue to provide such excellent service. Thank you.
Great lunch, good service, well provided and a great atmosphere
Fine wine and great menu. Polite and professional staff. We will be booking again soon.
There were very few people in the restaurant hence the zero rated atmosphere. Due to lack of people the meal felt very rushed, no sooner had you put your cutlery down you plate was taken away and the next course put in front of you. Whilst not having to wait half an hour between course, I felt 10 minutes between each course would hav3 been lovely. Felt very rushed.
Asked for window table at point of making reservation and this was done, thank you. Staff were attentive but unobtrusive, which was great. The menu options were good for lunch and we enjoyed the food. We had a soft drink, tuna salade nicoise, sourdough side each and table water followed by a coffee. With service that was just under £26 each which isn't bad but it's also not great. The food was tasty, although the tuna was a thin slice and was cooked 'well done', no way was it even medium as suggested on the menu, and it would need to be flash grilled to achieve that. I think however, that it is worth saying the following, because there is now one thing sticking in my mind when I think of this meal. We ordered one side sourdough basket with butter to share, having been advised that we would get 6 slices of sourdough. Technically that is correct, but .... I have literally never ever been served such tiny (length) and thin slices of air with a crust. I bake, buy and eat sourdough all the time, and that bread was not only minute but a lighter open baguette type texture. As the tuna salade nicoise only had a couple of pieces of potato in it, we definitely needed more bread and had to order a further side of bread. We ended up paying therefore £5 for about a quarter of a small sourdough sized loaf cut into 12 micro-slices with a bit of butter. Please please, do not call yourselves a brasserie and use circumflex accents on your name to pretend to be French if you cannot serve a normal amount of French bread at a reasonable price! Honestly, I am in my sixties, teach French, have lived there and any French person would have remonstrated soundly if you had serve this tiny amount of a French dining basic. Please sort this out, because if you do this again, I won't return. I have never ever had an issue with bread before in my long life having waitressed in France, Germany and UK and eaten all over the world; I don't eat much carb but this was just astonishing and a rip off. Had I been with the family, we would have said something there and then.
We are regulars at cote, usually on a Saturday, but on a Sunday night the service was slow, our starter was forgotten completely, and i suspect the normal chef was on his day off. Staff are always friendly (though no suggestion of volunteering that the 12.5% service tip would be removed). Overall a bit a bit lack lustre, but hey, in times of covid it's just nice to be out.
Grant was delightful. I want him to be my best friend. Thank you, Grant. From the multiracial lesbian couple.🥰😂
Excellent in every way, great service, fine food, very clean, and good ambience.
Great as usual, good staff/team involved very friendly and nice atmosphere. But I hope some additional or changes to menu are coming soon. I appreciate why it is reduced but if eating there regularly it would be nice to see some changes maybe monthly
Very Covid safe, the staff always very attentive and the food was top level. The best Cote restaurant we have been to.
