Overall the food was good, and the service was fine, the table was stained on arrival, and I do not personally like Gratuities being added to the bill, even with the option not to pay the tip. It should purely voluntary based on satisfaction.

We had a lovely lunch , been greeted by manager Emma always smiling.. and served by another female-lady with blond hair .. don’t know the name - nice and friendly. Food was fantastic we tried something new which we didn’t had before. So fresh and warm . Very nice we always back here . Great atmosphere and friendly stuff:-) thank you

Food and service excellent as usual. Husband disappointed that the “formule breakfast” (including hot drink and juice) is no longer available.

We were greeted by very friendly staff. The service was very good. My wife and myself had brunch and chose dishes with poached eggs. They were hard poached and we expected them to be soft. On asking if it was their standard the kindly and very quickly accommodated us and replace the meal with soft eggs. That being the only issue our meal was then of a high quality and we were both satisfied. I definitely recommend a visit.

My first visit to a restaurant for many months! I thought they had a very good system in place. The spacing between tables was just right, staff were most welcoming and cheerful, which put everyone at ease. I have a garlic intolerance but chef always finds an alternative way to serve delicious food, my ravioli and fresh salad was excellent Sanitizing of areas was spot on, which is 're-assuring.

We had an early supper in Worcester and the team were super. We felt very safe, service was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious. Best place to eat in Worcester.

Delicious food, quick and friendly service and a celebratory drink given to us as it was our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Appreciated the music which wasn’t too loud. Excellent service and food as always. So pleased that the restaurant is open again. The restaurant has always been spacious, so we were not concerned, but the staff wearing clear face visits made it feel even more safer.

We had a lovely breakfast in Cote's Worcester, great food and excellent service from the staff. The music was quite loud when we arrived, we had to shout to give our food order, but we noticed that the music was turned down shortly after that. It needs to be very low to be Covid safe.

We came to Cote Worcester to celebrate my husband's birthday. I had mentioned this when I booked and the staff took care to wish him many happy returns. We were given complimentary aperitifs and a happy birthday dessert to share. We had calamari to start and steak frites for main and all the food was just perfect, as was the service. Best meal I can remember in a long time and a lovely occasion for both of us.

Shame the formula breakfasts have been removed ,as a family made it quite expensive with out that offer

I booked Côtes Brasserie-Worcester for lunch today for a meet-up with my best girlfriend, Maggie, who I haven't seen for 6 months. The service was par excellence and for me the food was the best I've ever had at CB (I live just round the corner from the restaurant and have been many times in the past). Well done Côtes B Worcester - I'll spread the word to all my friends that you've come back better than ever! All best to you ... Susie

Food and service excellent as usual but there was a problem with the terrace doors. They had to remain closed which made us feel a bit uncomfortable as the restaurant was busy. We have become unaccustomed to staying in enclosed environments since Covid 19 blighted the world.

Great service, even on a packed Monday night due to Eat Out to Help Out. After months of being closed it was great to see some of the same staff and that the food was still gorgeous!

The social distancing measures were well managed. There did seem to be an awful lot of staff. We were seated very quickly but it was about 10 minutes before we offered any drinks or asked if we wanted to order

Very regular visitor before CV19 and was pleased to see very busy, excellent service and food. The table and area we'd requested when booking had been honoured. Attentive service and as usual the place is well run by the front of house manageress Disappointed signatures dishes such as half chicken not available. As usual the poor acoustics mean very loud rather than an enjoyable vibrant atmosphere.

The meal was enjoyable, but disappointed with the choice. Our booking was for 2pm which was the end of 'brunch', but we were only offered a limited choice compared to the full menu on your website. Service was good though, which is why we paid the 12.5% gratuity, although feel obliged as it's already added to the bill!! Took advantage of the Eat Out to Help Out which was a bonus.

Lovely to be back with you having brunch! Overall everything was fine but waitress forgot a couple of things. Will definitely be back.

Very enjoyable meal in nice surroundings that felt safe. Good to see staff paying so much attention to hygiene and cleaning. Very attentive and polite and the food was lovely. I don’t always like the adding on of an automatic tip but on this occasion was delighted to pay it. Food was very very good too.

Another wonderful and quality eating experience at Cote in Worceter.....a weekly trip there is scheduled.

We had a lovely lunch with friends the service was efficient, the staff attentive, courteous and good humoured. We enjoyed the food which was nicely prepared and presented. My wife's reaction this being her visit, we must come here again.

Service was great nothing too much trouble ran out of ice cream but sent someone to fetch some other places would have just said there wasn’t any! Lovely thank you

I specifically booked a table in the front part of the restaurant. I was very disappointed to be shown to the rear. This totally spoilt the experience for my wife who suffers from lack of ventilation as the air conditioning was not on. This area was also void of any other customers so the atmosphere was stilted. My wife hardly ate her meal having to vacate on two occasions for fresh air.

The food was great but the service was even better.

A wonderful night with great food and great service. Our waitress was particularly helpful and smiley! Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!
