Helpful reception:tasty food:very comfy seating- better than some other London Côtes. Two niggles:frites could have been hotter Service was rather slow though restaurant wasn’t crowded.

The most important point is that the service was just that bit more than expected, pleasant, friendly, helpful and patient! Well done.

Nice meal but took so long that it all became stressful because we were there ahead of a football match.

Excellent meal and can thoroughly recommend this Cote which is in a good location.

We had an excellent time especially as a small serving error was immediately put right and an unrequested adjustment made to the final bill.

Lovely looking restaurant with a nice vibe to do it. Sadly drinks took 20 minutes to come, which we had to chase up for. The first waiter was rude and simply acknowledged our waiting twice and didn't come to serve us. The second waiter, I believe the manager, was very kind and accommodating. The food came out very quickly but was quite disappointing for both of us - the beef bourgigion at £16.95 holds a heavy price tag but was overly dry and flavourless. My parter also described the burger as the same. Overall, nice location and manager, waiting staff not so much and food average at best.

New Cote. Nice surroundings. However we waited a long time to be served - despite several waiters walking around us in a relatively empty restaurant. The waiter that did take our order, asked if the one of us ordering risotto wanted chips. This seemed a strange request. We were then asked what we wanted for drinks - and he walked off before we could reply. Not to come back... So a little strange. Food was fine, as it usually is at Cote. Service did remain slow, but waiter/manager friendly and smiling.

Food very good, as always, Loverly decor very warm. BUT not enough staff ,far too long waiting , which completely spoils the evening.

Particularly like the new Cote Fulham Rd, Chelsea. Service good, spacious, food nice but certainly being a regular user of Cotes across London the menu needs to be changed from time to time.

Amazing, we have been a few times for dinner, lunch and breakfast, the food was excellent as was the service and the manageress incredibly thoughtful and made the meal even more wonderful for example when I told her it was my husbands birthday today she put a candle in his dessert and gave us a glass each of champagne. I would definitely recommend this restaurant you will not be disappointed. Chris and Denise Edson

we thought that the staff dealt with the kitchen incident well - calmly evacuating us while they fonud out the source of the smoke!

Service was very slow. Had to get the attention of the waitress to order. I had the lobster and it was extremely dry. I was very disappointed. Won’t be returning back.

As a local, I was delighted to have a Cote 5 min away I normally go to the Sloane Square branch, as I’d expect from Cote, the experience was top class, the food delicious and our server was lovely, and the lay out is brilliant! The bar is great as I’ll be popping by at least 3 times a week for lunch,, very happy customer

We had a very pleasant evening,thank you to the Manager on duty. Food was delicious (changed on request) It was my uncle Birthday (88) Would have been nice to have a kendall on our pudding or something little special. Maybe next time...

I would prefer if there was no music. Conversation is easier in a quiet restaurant.
