We held a belated Christmas lunch at Cote for a group of 13 people. The food was really good, the service impeccable and the ambience smart and cozy. It was a lovely experience hopefully to be repeated soon!

This is the first time I have been to this Cote restaurant at Chelsea and Westminster. I was very impressed by everything. The staff were really friendly and efficient. The food was lovely too. It is a very relaxing venue, and I will definitely come back here again.

Lovely food at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately there was very few staff working meaning the customer service was not great, had to wait a long time to order, have plates cleared, get the bill etc. Other than poor service, a very nice restaurant.

Relaxed charming friendly family run restaurant managed by an efficient manager and her entire staff. What a Joy to have in the neighbourhood. Breakfast was equally good.

The food was perfectly alright, the service very inefficient compared to the other Cote restaurants I have visited. I think this was due to lack of staff, which meant we waited a very long time to be served, and even when I went to the bar and said please could our table be cleared I was met by a rather surly response from the waiter. This is a shame as Cote has a good reputation and in a busy area this problem could easily be sorted out more waiters with better training.

Ordered two chickens, one well done. On arrival they looked identical, asked the waitress which was the well done one. She answered, "it's chicken, they're both well done". In fact, when we cut in to them, neither was even cooked. It went down hill from there. The free November cocktails we pleasant, the rest no so much.

We are very regular customers of Cote at parsons green and Sloane square and thought we would try your new branch at chelsea and Westminster. We were were amazed at the beautiful interior design. Very beautifully done. Food and service was excellent. I have to say that the portion of the special lamb dish was very small for the price. I had the same dish last week at your parsons green branch which was much bigger.

Amazing food and service. Have visited this restaurant location on 3 occasions and the experience is always 100%.The staff are very attentive & the food is served fresh and delicious.

Excellent experience all the way from the welcome to the bill! There is a great art to serving courses at just the right pace to allow conversation to flow and this Cote had that to a tee. A special call out to Thomas, the duty manager that day, and Gabby our friendly, informative and charming server. Food choice really good (with an extensive menu for my veggie friend) and very competitively price. I enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

My lunch companion yesterday has just rung to say what a really good time she had yesterday and how she would now definitely make the Chelsea and Westminster Cote her new 'go to place' since, lucky woman, she lives within easy walking distance. I wholeheartedly concur with her. Everything was commendable from the welcoming and helpful staff to the thoughtful redesign of the old Carluccio interior which provides tables all around the large service island in the centre of the space. The acoustics are now excellent so that although there were plenty of customers the new restaurant was more peaceful than other Cote branches I've been to. We were impressed by the three menus on offer: the large main menu and wine list and the two specials which offered interesting choices at exceptionally good prices. And the cooking was delicious. So full marks all round. What a great addition to the area.

I have dined at the Brasserie now 4 times in the past 3 weeks and have found it very enjoyable. Last night was not as atmospheric due to low numbers perhaps and the absence of the Toms! Noise level acceptable. The presentation of the Mushrooms en Brioche could be improved. I think serving the slice of oversweet Brioche is not attractive. The Steak and Frites excellent. Chocolate pot and Creme Brulee delicious.
