we ordered fillet steak at £28.50 which was over cooked and dry, Service was OK but attitude when i complained was very poor, nobody asked during meal if everything was OK. I sent food back paid bill and left
We were in the restaurant for 45mins before getting our bread and olives! We then waited another 30mins for the mains and decided to leave as we didn't have time to wait. Very disappointed as I usually love Da Luciano.
Had a lovely meal as always. Staff friendly and efficient. Always enjoy our visits to this restaurant and will be trying it's sister restaurant Indian Manor next month.
Went for a meal with a friend and the food was great. we then had a drink in the bar area before moving to another venue. On reflection we should have stayed here. The staff were amazing and always are every time that I have been especially on the restaurant.
We had a great meal and as usual the staff were excellent really enjoyed our night out as usual look forward to our next visit
Great deal at the steak night in D'aluccianos. Excellent quality and value for £20 per head. Starter followed by fillet steak and a glass of wine.
