Beautiful homely restaurant, nice service, pasta dishes OK, liver poor quality.The restaurent has been well decorated & is very clean , too much choice on the menu it would be better if they had less & a higher quality.

Excellent meal, service and atmosphere . Massive portions so make sure you go with an empty stomach. Great part of London and close to Dominion Theatre.

The food was utterly delicious. The portions very generous. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the service was quick but not rushed. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful meal here! The ambience was great, the staff were genuinely friendly, and provided prompt and attentive service without being intrusive. Three of our party ordered from the daily specials offered and they were delicious. Nice, if relatively small wine selection, but they looked carefully chosen and covered a wide price range to accommodate varying budgets. Oh, and we arrived over 30 minutes early on our reservation time but they graciously seated us immediately. We will be back!

I think this was our fourth visit to Da Paolo's. The food, as ever, was delicious. The service was friendly, helpful but not intrusive. It's a great, atmospheric setting. It's become a bit of a go-to to celebrate a special occasion as it always feels a bit special, without being over-formal.

Very welcoming with great service ; lovely food and gluten free friendly. Could do with having a gluten free menu or proper gf symbols. Worth a visit.

Always great food. And the host is a lovely guy too. Big portions if you're hungry and, if you're not, share a starter!!!! Limited outdoor seating on a sunny day is a bonus .....

The restaurant was far to cramp, it was so hot it put you off your meal. So a meal for 2 cost just over £70 and we didn’t eat most of it!!

Excellent food and wine, great service, authentic atmosphere. Almost impossible to make a choice from the menu. Really enjoyed our visit and will most definitely return.

Although small, the restaurant offers a wide selection of excellent food and provides excellent service. We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely return next time we are in London.

A little gem of an old style Italian restaurant. Lots to choose from on the menu plus a specials board. All reasonably priced. Food was delicious, staff are very friendly and lovely coffee! Didn’t feel rushed to finish our meal - not a fan of places where you feel you need to be in and out within an hour! It is a small restaurant so best suited to parties of 1-4.

Warm greeting, excellent glute-free pasta, excellent pasta sauces, anti pastis and d’onces. Risotto was a bit watery and over cooked, however. Stick to fantastic pasta!

The staff there is very attentive and on point the food is very tasty and freshly cooked you know it’s done from the chefs heart I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone , great place to eat .

Da Paolo never fails to deliver. Excellent food , service and the jovial Carlos. Situated in a busy side street with plenty of outside sitting. A winner.

We booked a table to celebrate a special occasion. The staff were welcoming and attentive. There were plenty of dishes to choose from and a specials board. I had a large caprese salad followed by pappardelle all'anatra. The pasta was fresh with a large portion of duck sauce. My husband had bresaola then wild boar pasta. The portions were generous leaving no room for desserts. We thought our meal was good value and we would definitely return.

70% of this establishment are local Italians, so the good is as expected to be of a high quality and standard, it is off the beaten track with only about 5% of tourist do not low standards here at all. Super dry bottle of Pulia wine complimented one of the most amazing Italians meal we have had in the UK. Freindly, at tentative and happy owner and staff. Big thumbs up 100% recommendation and will definitely be going back and taking others with us.

This is the third time we have eaten at Da Paolo, for both lunch and evening meals. Excellent food and service as always I would highly recommend it.

Great find. We have been here before. Cosy upstairs and room downstairs. The service is excellent and the food? Well, the portions are amazing and the tastes wonderful. Dinner for three (bread and oil, starters, mains and one dessert) with a bottle of wine for £150 including service is just about right. A definite recommend from us.

Intimate classic Italian restaurant, providing both excellent quality food and equally good service. Staff are friendly as well as efficient. The tiny kitchen manages to turn out some perfectly cooked pasta dishes, we also had great grilled beef and good value wine from good makers We liked the fact that the tablecloths were laid with linen, the ambience lively but not too loud. Good value in the middle of London

Booked this restaurant for my birthday. 9 of us dined downstairs and had a very good meal with great service. Our waitress and her assistant (in training) were very attentive. The food was delicious, particularly the Burrata and all pasta dishes. Looking forward to returning

A great authentic Italian restaurant, tucked away on a quiet little street. Lovely friendly atmosphere and staff. Delicious food with a good range of vegetarian options. Also have gluten free pasta and will even prepare a pasta dish on request if you don't see what you like. Easy walking distance of the West End so great for pre-theatre dining. Prices pretty standard for London. A real gem, definitely be going back.

Very welcoming, great service with lovely food. So much to choose from will go back again to try other dishes! Remember to book though as a small intimate restaurant.
