A small and quiet restaurant. Very cosy atmosphere. We has a glass of Malbec recommended by the waiter and it was really good. The food was really tasty as well.

Excellent food but we were charged wrongly and it took a while to have the bill rectified. Even so, we'll be back as the food really was great!

Very good experience. The meat dishes were excellent (short ribs, fillet steak and ribeye steak): tender, perfectly cooked and seasoned, besides very tasty. The chips that came with them were very good and so was the "chimichurri". We all had the same dessert, coffee flan, with which I wasn't very impressed. It tasted too much like instant coffee to me, although it might have not been made with it. Still, not bad and an interesting variation on the traditional flan. Big disappointment were the spicy beef empanadas. Edible but that was it. The restaurant atmosphere was great and the service, albeit slow, was good and courteous. I didn't mind the slowness in the food arriving since good Argentine barbecued meat should not be rushed.

Great steak! We asked for the sirloin steak cooked rare and it was cooked perfectly. The service was great and the decoration and atmosphere were lovely

Average. Nice staff and nice wine. The food was basic without frills. Nice enough just a little unexciting. No bread etc. Olives were expensive for jar bought with stones.

Very friendly relaxed restaurant with authentic Argentinian menu. Reminded me of my time in Buenos Aires. We had the mixed sharing grill which was good but ultimately led to slightly overdone steak. Would go for separate dishes if I went again.

Food great but service is a bit erratic. The staff could be a little friendlier, pay more attention to the customers and show that they care.

It was good to be able to eat an excellent meal outdoors on a warm London evening. A comfortable restaurant with room to talk without having to listen to your neighbours. Reasonable prices for both food and wines.

The ambience and design of the restaurant is lovely. Sad to say the food and service did not live up to it. I had fish - which was actually ok - but my companions had steak and pork. The steak, considering it is supposed to be a speciality of Argentina was poor and the pork smothered in what only can be described as a 99p cook in sauce. Our order got lost so we waited over 30 minutes to get our starters - when the mistake was discovered we were given a bowl of olives as 'compensation' -no choice offered- and as two of us do not like olives it was scant consolation! Would not go again, although it would be a lovely place to sit outside on a warm evening and have a drink!

Not everything from the menu was available. Good meal (rib-eye steak, sirloin) but slow and uninterested service. When paying the bill, service was unable to cope with their credit card machine,

Would I go again? Yes I would, had the Sharer and the wife and I couldn't finish it, ribs were a bit over done but it was tasty. Everything else was cooked well. Staff were friendly and even put the leftovers in a doggy bag without us even saying anything.

Decent food but not the quality of steak I was hoping for, given reviews that compare it favourably with the likes of hawksmoor.

Service a little abrut but not as bad as some Resturants I have visited. The table we had at window far corner was a little cold but this would of been Ideal in the summer. Food was great no faults on food but plates we were given for our table grill main were cold . Regarding the black pudding sausage not to our taste but we did try it. Deserts recommend th pancake. Valentine's nite no silly over priced menu complimentary bubbly on arrival and piano played throuout the evening which gave the resturant a nice romantic feel.

Best steakhouse in London. Fantastic food. Truly unique and friendly atmosphere :-) Look out for the opera and tango nights (they get booked up in hours) and the lunch offers.

Amazing food, with nice environment, the wine is very good also and you should definitely try the deserts. I recommended also for groups and birthdays since it has a nice space for these occasions.

Fantastic evening - lovely personable waiters and spontaneous (but not intrusive) opera singing from the bar! My girlfriend had dolche de leche for the first time. I fear we won't be eating out anywhere else now,

De La Panza is a friendly place with excellent food and service. Try the gondola (a kind of pork stew), you won't be disappointed. Wine list is limited but with an interesting choice of wines from Argentina. The Juan Peron wine is good for a special occasion but make sure it is open for 30 mins before you drink it.

De La Panza is a friendly and reliable local restaurant. Food is always excellent and steaks cooked perfectly. Wine list is good although some of the prices may make you blink. Fernando, the owner, always takes real care of his regulars and has established De La Panza as a bit of a local institution. Only problem is some of the other diners who can be LOUD - why have a private conversation when you can share it with strangers? Unfortunately that's what you can expect in this part of Hackney/Islington now!

Some of the best steak in town, truly authentic Argentinean parrillada. The quality of the meat is not met by many places in London.
