Food is always really good, staff are welcoming and friendly too.

Very tasty food! A nice place to catch up with friends. A couple more of the wider disabled parking spaces wouldn’t go amiss.

Great food. Good choice on the menu. Great staff and friendly service. Just the right time between courses. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Quality dining in a good atmosphere. No intrusive horrible loud music either! We will be back!

This was the first time we visited The Dewdrop and I must say our party of four were very impressed. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. The staff were charming, friendly, helpful and efficient. The decor and general ambiance were very good. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Would have liked sea bass but were not attracted to sauce.Opted for fish and chips which were very enjoyable.Substantial battered fish with plenty of chips.Staff were very pleasant and subtly attentive.No problems with on line booking system.

We went for Sunday lunch. The food was hot, and very tasty. The service was great, and the staff were very attentive. All in all a lovely experience with the family. Thank you The dew drop. 😃

Lovely location in comfortable surroundings. Choices on menu were interesting and different from usual menus. Front of house chap was quite a character. Amenable, polite and full of smiles. Food served in good time and very well presented.

Great atmosphere. Tables not too close together, so we had privacy. Lovely freshly cooked food. Selection of fresh vegetables. One of our party had Rib Eye said " The best steak she had ever tasted" Gorgeous deserts. Homemade. We are looking forward to returning.

Always reliable. Nice service and good interesting choices on set lunch menu. Wine getting expensive but to be expected in trying times.

When you arrive always greeted with a smile facility are excellent good atmosphere food and drinks always to a high standard and well worth a trip

Roast beef was cooked to perfection very tender and very lean.

I had the vegetarian linguine which was delicious, I was concerned as the other option advertised was braised celeriac and as a vegetarian I cannot think of anything worse. But the linguine was absolutely delicious and I will be going again to revisit the experience

We always enjoy our visits to The Dew Drop, food, atmosphere, attention to detail, service, all great. We don’t go as often as we did as it is sadly, a little too expensive for us in this current financial situation.

Took an old friend for lunch at The Dewdrop, as we’d been very happy on our previous visit. We were not disappointed. Laura looked after us very well, all three of us really enjoyed our meals. My sea-bass was fabulous, beautifully cooked. One of the nicest meals I’ve had for some time. Well done chef! Thank you Laura for your patience and helpfulness.

Always a lovely friendly welcome. Busy as Christmas parties commence, but this did not affect the service, speed of delivery or the quality of the food. The pies are deeeeeelicious.
