We went for some food before the football. It appeared everyone in town had the same idea! The waitress was swamped and tore about the place. She was always curteous and smiley even under huge pressure from half drunk football fans. The food and atmosphere was excellent!

Had anther much time visit and tried the steak pie this time again very tasty and felt it was good value

Had the mac and cheese with a beer, the Mac and cheese was excellent and I would recommend it. The bar was busy for a Saturday so noisy

Staff in this restaurant recognise us now after a couple of visits and remember our food as well as drink order. The girls are very friendly and helpful and the food is always lovely. Really can’t fault this place. Great value for money too.

Excellent service, we were seated as soon as we got in and didn't wait long for the food order. We have always had a good experience at Drop as we use it quite frequently for team lunches.

Good, attentive staff as made sure nobody else took our area. Which doesn’t happen often anywhere else. Only thing would say is TVs are a bit loud! After main event (rugby) could have turned down the volume.

Even though we had booked and had a confirmation number - my group of 8 turned up to find the kitchen closed. No explanation given. Not good.

Table ready for us arriving, Staff really friendly and helped out with anything we asked for. Will definitely be returning for a day out. Excellent

The place didn’t have a table for my party. Won’t be back!! Booked two weeks in advance, received confirmation emails then turn up and they don’t have any tables...shambles!

Food and staff were great, really quick service which you need on your lunch hour. Great selection on the £5 lunch deal and everything we had was really nice. Only complaint is that it was freezing upstairs!

Great Food all the time. Great service. Venue well placed. Good for a work lunch time meet up with friends as the quick services allows you to have some time left to chat!

Service was great. The girl serving us was very pleasant and efficient. We were a party of 4 and each of us enjoyed the food we ordered. I for one would highly recommend the curry and rice. We all said we would definitely be back to try the pizza that one friend had. It looked amazing.

I had booked a table to watch the tennis. The table I was allocated wasn't ideal for this but when I asked they put other TVs on straight away. There was no commentary on the tennis as they had a dj on, this was slightly annoying but if fairness the tunes were superb! Under £10 for a bottle of wine.... you'll not get better than that!

We visited for drinks only, they were reasonably priced, a dj on in afternoon helped make a great atmosphere. Suitable for large groups, bar service a but slow due to his busy it was.

Excellent venue for a group watching sport, good prices on food and drink along with a varied selection. Also a very good location being adjacent to central station.

Geeat atmosphere and the staff are friendly. Food and beer prices are very reasonable too. Loads of screens perfectly placed and if there is more than 1 match you have great view of both.

Good for grabbing a bite while watching sport on TV but food us average. I had a burger which was like a McDs but with better chips.

I've been to Drop several times and always enjoyed it. I normally go to watch the football and have a drink with friends but it was just as great in a meeting environment today.

Great pub, well maintained. Staff very helpful and cleaned each area after before next customer was seated. Food was delicious. Great pub too watch sport. Well worth a visit

Drop is class. Booking a table was easy. Good atmosphere, plenty Tv's for the footie,good food and staff were great!!! Will be back again for dayout!!
