East Restaurant

The bill was wrong they had added an extra drink on and the speaker kept making a hurrendous loud noise making everyone jump. The food & staff were very nice though.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants around. The food is excellent, there is a great atmosphere and the staff are really friendly. It was busy last night but we weren't kept waiting. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our first visit , thursday evening 8am , welcomed at the door , instant seating , fast smiley service , good fresh food and sensible prices ....... the piano player was just across from us , playing recognisable tunes , at just the right volume ..... didn`t intrude on our meal and conversation but added to the experience .... not an easy feat to pull off in my experience having had too many meals ruined by stadium tannoy volume cruddy music or pianists who thought they were the reason we were in the resturant . Looking forward to going again , thankyou .

We visit the East restaurant on a regular basis and always have great food with good service. The atmosphere is good and everywhere clean. Will be back again soon.

Really disappointed! Over charged us by over £10 and not even an apology disgusted! Will never be going back! The food was ok not brilliant but was nice enough just the bill that left a bitter taste x

Service very slow, brought out one main meal without the ordered side which didn't arrive for another 5 mins with the rest if the main meals. Food was lovely but really do need to improve service. We did complain and had 10% knocked off the bill.

We found our experience very satisfying the customer service was great had our food and drinks brought to us fast lovely enviroment veet reaxing the food was beautiful would deinately recommend this place & can't wait to go again

The food was delicious especially the lamb chop starter, and main did not disappoint either It was very good service, great atmosphere, really good night

Starters weren't fresh or hot, seekh kebabs and salad were luke warm. Obviously they had been prepared earlier and sat waiting. Mains were nice though

Overall enjoyable dinning experience, had to ask for small plates for our starter and ordered drink went to the wrong table but lovely food and good atmosphere.

Love it here! It Really is my favourite for indian food! They charge for popadoms now by do advise before you order! All good 😊

Was really quiet for a Friday evening so was lovely to have a larger table given to us, lovely food as always and really great service. Best korma ever :)

It was lovely and the food was great but it is quite expensive. We were a family of 4 and it came to £100 altogether.

Had an awful bit of chicken in my pakoras but curry was nice although didn't come sizzling as stated the Piano player was a lovely touch

Lovely friendly staff beautiful food and a fabulous ambience, loved the pianist made my night will recommend to others, we were singing along all night

Food was amazing, but was loud due to lots of children and as a couple we were put in the same area. Also after meal they did not offer us dessert menu or coffee, when we asked for menu nobody came to get an order after 15 mins more.

Food was excellent service was brilliant all round a excellent and enjoyable night highly recommend definitely be going back to the east again. 👍🏻 👍🏻

Absolutely gorgeous food, and excellent service. East is a beautiful restaurant, so spacious and spotlessly clean. I did not want our meal to end. You must go!!!!

Really good service and food. The complimentary cocktail at the end of the meal was a great touch. A superb venue to suit any occasion or just a quiet meal for 2.

Great service!!! Amazing food! Have been several times and I would definitely recommend to anyone if you're wanting a nice meal out and they have a great bar upstairs if you and your party want to gather for a drink before or after your meal!

After being promptly shown to our table the Service, food and atmosphere very good. Overall a very pleasant dining experience, staff very friendly and attentive Would definitely recommend.

We booked for an early dinner, arrived early, which wasn't a problem we were seated straight away! The place is quite big, and it was quite quiet, but the waiter would regularly check we wee ok! Food was great, really enjoyed it!! Will definitely be returning!

This has to be one of the best Indian restaurants. The food is absolutely excellent and there is a lovely atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and polite and make you feel very welcome.
