Disgusting attitude from Craig the manager needs sacking straight away
I brought my niece for her 13th birthday, we ordered food (had to wait 15 mins after being seated to order drinks) and didn’t eat until we’d been waiting for an hour. We then went to get the bill and had to ask twice, we kept getting ignored. Such a shame because the food was delicious. They did give 25% discount because of the wait, but I felt sidelined as everybody else seemed to be served ok... maybe I didn’t look like a wannabe extra on love island and didn’t deserve the service...? The discount didn’t quite make up for the awful service.
The staff were lovely but the food wasn’t amazing and was expensive. I ordered the prawn linguini and had to order more as it was tiny!
Waited 30 minutes to be served, it wasn’t till I asked the front of house for someone to come over. We were expected to order drinks at the bar when we were told we would have a waitress. Poor quality of food for the price Beer also served each time in the wrong glass
