We had a lovely meal. Wanted to try a bit of everything, but were defeated by having eyes that were bigger than our bellies!! Very attentive staff. Great experience all round!

Lovely intimate restaurant, fabulous food. Best olives I've ever had! Lots of dishes as it's Tapas, the lamb cutlets were superb. Chocolate Fondant for the sweet was delicious.

Lovely food and really friendly service at a good price, helped us choose what to eat (and how much to order!) which was great. Nice atmosphere too.

Very tasty. Tried on friend’s recommendation and no regrets. Highly recommend the lamb cutlets and the spicy arancini balls. Also save room for the deserts. Yum.

Visited it at lunchtime on August 16, 2017, to celebrate a friend's birthday. The restaurant was very quiet but the food and service were great.

Very friendly atmosphere. Good service, interesting menu. Very enjoyable meal. Prawns were excellent as were filo pastry tarts. We wished we had time to sample the pudding menu.

We went to Enoteca to celebrate a birthday and got a nice table by the window. We enjoyed very much although the resto was rather quiet, early in the week, but it was summer and warm outside. There was no specials of the day as they had run out (good thing for the resto, not so good for us :-), so we had the larger Antipasta cheese and meats to start, improvements could be to tell us what the cheese and meat names were. They were delish with the fresh baked bed of the day. If I was to be really picky the tables were a tad on the sticky side to the touch. With a big glass of red, very relaxing background music and good conversation the tapas went down a treat. Thank you, we will visit again. ..

Very good food. Ordered too much as usual. Service was outstanding and will def visit again. Will order smaller portions next time and no doubt it will be all good. Well done.

Perfect atmosphere, perfect host, perfect food, perfect evening :) I took my Italian father who had been in the restaurant business pretty much all of his life, so it's difficult to please him and he was super impressed!! We will be back :)

A small place with great food. On a street with many other good restaurants Enoteca still manages to stand out with great food, with small tapas style Italian dishes that leave you wanting to try more.

Perfect for a pre-theatre meal. The lamb cutlets were the highlight but the entire menu is high quality, fresh and authentically Italian. Very friendly, casual atmosphere.

Excellent.... small portions of meze type food, all with a continental aroma and taste. We had stuffed tomatoes, served just warmed, olives, new potatoes and onion salad and a dish each of flash-fried skirt steak with a garnish of coriander and oil. Delicious. We both enjoyed the affogato as desert. We were seved by the owner and enjoyed talking to him as well as watching him talking to other diners. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Perfect as a pre-theatre supper and walking distance to the Mayflower theatre.

A pleasant family evening. Service was good and not too busy on a Sunday evening. We particularly recommend the lamb cutlets (very tender) and the olives.

Very nice restaurant just outside the city centre of Southampton. Good portions of tasty food and nice wines. Pleasant atmosphere with very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Fantastic food and service was impeccable!!! We had bread to start with three lush dips/butter. We couldn't decide what to have/share so judged ordered one of everything. Nobody was disappointed and played were all cleared! Fab pud too.

Excellent Italoian food and very friendly and attentive service. Very reasonably priced. Definately a place to come back to. Well done! Would recommend to all looking for a non-pretentious but high quality meal out.

Excellent options. Lamb was delicious, as was the salad. Deserts excellent, spoilt ourselves and shared 3 between 2, tiramisu was of course superb. Would highly recommend.

The food was excellent and we had great service. Can thoroughly recommend the lamb which was delicious as were all the dishes.. Save some space for dessert.
