It was our first visit and excellent experience. Atmosphere good. Staff amazing. I had a minor problem and it was sorted immediately. If I had any complaint, it was there was too much food. That is hardly a complaint! Just struggled to eat everything but food was so good I felt I just had to eat it.

On arriving very freindly served with drinks very quickly orded food everything was amazing great atmosphere will definitely return. Regards Mr John lunt

As always this restaurant provides amazing food at very good prices, the service is excellent, the waiting staff are awesome, we go quite regularly and it's always a good feeling when you enter the restaurant.

Arrived 15 minutes early. It was a birthday celebration. Member of staff said ‘sit anywhere’ not shown to a table. Sat for 20 mins totally ignored. Observed other guests arriving being shown to a table, provided with cutlery, napkins etc drinks and food order taken. We had to catch a member of staff eye to place our drinks order which she did reluctantly. Waited 20 minutes for the order to arrive. Food order taken and waited waited and waited. Eventually the starters arrived, had to ask for plates and cutlery which cane after 10 minutes. After we finished our starters another long wait to have the table cleared. We had been waiting so long we finished a litre carafe of wine. Another twenty minutes wait just one main course arrived a Chicken Skordo nothing else. Eventually after a long wait the other main course arrived. Food was cold and had to be re ordered. After 20 minutes replacement order arrived, luke warm and had to ask where our salad, chips and rice where. No plates or cutlery provided and had to catch a member of staff eye. Manager said she would knock the cost of the wine off our bill. It was chaos! We observed that the kitchen was spending more time preparing takeaway meals rather than looking after guests in the restaurant. We were no the only table who had to wait a long time for their orders. When we came to settle our bill the wine charge had not been removed. A disappointing experience especially as the birthday celebration was ruined. Don’t know what has happened to Eureka, its not as we remembered it. Our advice is to avoid Fridays around 5:30 Not good.

Food is amazing, cooked to perfection and really generous portions ,staff and friendly and attentive, highly recommended

Shambles, chaos, utter ineptitude. Booked in advance but waited 25 minutes for our table before giving up and going home. No welcome, no explanation, no apology, no table, no food.

It was exceptionally busy but the staff were amazing. The food as always was superb!

From starter to mains everything was delicious. Staff very attentive. The fact that it was full speaks for itself.

My favourite restaurant in Liverpool. Food and service are always outstanding. Been going there since it was on Myrtle Parade. Restaurant itself is done beautifully with a lovely outdoor area for the summer. Would recommend anyone go here!
