Delicious Sunday lunch, I can highly recommend this restaurant again. We have roast beef for the main course which was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were delicious. Both the starter and the dessert were delicious.

Place was lovely. Really easy to book online as had tried to phone but got no answer. Sat Nav took us to village. Could do with sign just before village turning as it was only few hundred yards further. Most of food was fab but steak was chewy. Staff were really friendly,courteous and helpful. Well done.

Superb surroundings, service and food! A must do experience if you are in the area will be back to try the spa next time too!

I really like the ambiance, especially the air conditioning on a hot day. The service, as always, was speedy and friendly. However, I struggle to find an interesting "lite bite" as I find the menu heavy on bread items and average salads. However, you can ask them to make up a different mix from items on the menu.

What a perfect evening. Food was delicious, staff are so professional and attentive and the atmosphere is so relaxing...everything was perfect, this was no surprise as it always is.

We had the afternoon tea which was good quality and substantial if a little pricey. Nicely decorated in the stables Was difficult to find from the postcode - needs better directions on the website

Lovely lunch at The Dining Room, the setting is gorgeous and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Had a chicken Caesar salad which was delicious followed by mini cake selection and coffee. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

As always a friendly welcome from Harry and his team. The quality of the food was good and the staff were very attentive. Would recommend a visit for any special occasion.

Excellent service and food. The staff were well organised and polite. We were taken to our table promptly. The incorrect dessert menu was given but they were very apologetic snd the bailys panna cotta was worth it!

tha ambiance is comfortable, quiet, unhurried. The service is cheerful, efficient and helpful. However, the lunch menu is heavy on breads and toasties with few, if any, interesting little light bites

Food was very good indeed. Generous portions. The free bottle of water was a nice touch too. I will definitely be going back! The tables could be spaced a little further apart, but it may have felt like you were sitting close to the next tables due to the ample and comfy chairs.

Friendly helpful staff. Good range of lunch time food, the meals we choose were excellent, both fresh and well presented The scones and cream we had to finish our meal were well worth the calories

Service could be quicker, half an hour wait for Welsh rarebit and a toasted sandwich. Food was tasty but portions especially for the Welsh rarebit have decreased as has the limited choice on the menu.

Comfortable stylish surroundings, pleasant attentive staff and tasty food with a good variety of choice. Very good value for money would certainly recommend for lunch.

A very busy restaurant, the all round high standard remains constant and The Dining Room has become our 'go to' eatery in the area. Following a warm welcome by the owner Harry, he will ensure that you are well looked after and you will soon be seated at your table. Delicious canapés are served, the quality gives a clue as to what treats are to follow from the ample menu.

Fantastic, and I mean fantastic food. Service was really friendly but they seemed to forget about us after the main meal. It didn't detract from our enjoyment as we were glad of the chance to catch up after not seeing each other for a while. Would have been full marks had we not have had to prompt for drinks, pudding and the bill.

I took my parents for lunch and we all throughly enjoyed the experience, the food was excellent and the staff welcoming and helpful. The quality of the food was really good and it was excellent value for money. We will definitely return very soon.

Absolutely lovely restaurant & at a reasonable price. Menu varied and with interesting twists on the usual offerings. Wine & beer choice good. The staff were very friendly. & attentive.
