Great sport viewing, well positioned table but for me food lacking and bland

Meal was great but had to wait to be seated as they’d lost the seating plan and we ordered five meals four came out then had to wait nearly ten minutes for the last meal which was slightly more we’ll done than was expected

Was disappointing people where sat at our table and refused to move then they where saying awful things they where sat at the next table. Which made it awkward plus it was chilly where sat.

Staff were really friendly and explained what offers where in at the time of our visit. Food was beautifully cooked and did not take long to prepare. Relaxed atmosphere. Was a first time visit for myself and I will definitely be returning.

Big rugby match so booked a table but only few bar staff on so missed half of the match queuing to be served... surely when a big match is on there should be more staff. Didn’t bother with food as no-one around to take order. Not your usual service-disappointing!

Definitely a good idea to book a table ,best seat in house for rugby match as bar was heaving and would've had to stand 👍

More bar staff needed as stood waiting 20 minutes to be served . Apart from that all good as always . Table was all ready and confirmed when arrived .

Food good. It’s not a place for chatting cause the noise is to loud. Great for a few drinks with your mates though. Atmosphere good. Staff excellent.

Good venue but bit confusing with both rugby and football on so rugby commentary not as easy to follow. Good beer, food ok and friendly staff. Going again so can’t be bad!

Ok. Tables smelt of stale beer and were sticky so needs a better clean and a bit of deodorising ! Service was a bit slow but polite and engaging. White wine was warm and needed to be chilled as it was not in the fridge. Why not have it chilled? Starters and main courses came together. Food was okay. Burgers lacked a bit in terms of presentation and dressing. Tasted ok. Overall a medium experience but would be better with a bit more cleaning focus and presentation upgrades on food etc

Booked a table nobody there to greet or seat us so sat ourselves down after waiting a while had to ask for menus nobody seemed interested , it was a Monday night for my sons 18th so wasn’t busy at all Food was ok , won’t be hurrying back Lacking on customer service staff were just chatting at the bar

I thought this place wouldn't be suitable for my 11 year old daughter but it was a nice relaxed, chilled out place. I would go again.

Good food and great service, prices seem appropiate to other bars. Nice place to relaxe, have a beer or two or play pool or just chat wioth friends.

Bloody disgusted booked a table in the eatting area got sat down with our drinks had to get someone's attention to get us menus to be told the kitchen is closing soon this was at 7.30. The waitress came back and told us we had 10min to order if we wanted food as the kitchen was closing we hadn't even looked at a menu. Very poor of them will not be returning bad advertising and poor customer skills. Why let us book a table for food on new years eve at that if your closing the kitchen !

Excellent food, beer, service and atmosphere. A lovely family afternoon. We will certainly return as Firepit is a great venue for a family afternoon with plenty for kids to do.

Food was great but stood waiting to speak to someone about our table booking for so long that when we finally got someone’s attention our booking had been cancelled because they thought we hadn’t turned up! I understand it’s a sports bar but the TV’s were so loud it was hard to hold a conversation. Polite staff though.

Good food and Quick service. Reasonably priced. TV could do with being not so loud when a match not on. But otherwise all good! Fine for kids too.

excellent food and service. Our waitress Jessy was brilliant, and we would not hesitate to return. Fire Pit will be top of our list for future dining.

Brillaint food at decent prices. Atmosphere was relaxed. For a friday night and it being quite busy when we was there the food arrives really quickly

Good quality for money got loads of meat. We will deffently go back over all very good, Staff was very nice and friendly. Toilet kept up with theme with rest of bar nice touch.

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was good though there weren't many people in. There was 8 of us on our table at about 7 o'clock. However service was incredibly slow, especially given that it wasn't particularly busy at all. I would definitively go back, but not for a quick lunch!

Great bar the food is lovely and the staff are very nice I’ve no complaint at all so overall great afternoon out watching the rugby
