Three of us. Good service and good food. We had the mixed fish and it was excellent
A peaceful retreat from Regent st. and Piccadilly, with freshly cooked fish a speciality. Fair prices for London, and a good-value wine list (with bargains to be had Sunday-Tuesday). Simpa staff, all very good
Great cocktails delivered by the friendly team. The specials board had halibut on it served with garlic butter. Brixham fish soup to start and crispy squid. A perfectly gooey chocolate brownie to finish. Of the 3 Fishworks restaurant this is our favourite for the consistent quality of service and food.
Nice place, expensive for what we had. Same food less money elsewhere.
Another wonderful meal. The Dover Sole was exceptional and the staff - as always - very attentive and friendly
Excellent service from very attentive and knowledgeable staff. The food was delicious
Nice food but a bit ordinary _-excellent service though xx
Staff were lovely and really enjoyed the food. Would definitely visit again.
It was great, but then it always is. Pleasant service too
Lovely quiet place, amazing quality delicious seafood and quick service.
fourth time there, each time the fish soup Jan this year is 30% off mains…
Very good, friendly service. Good food. Very nice environment I enjoyed the visit.
Si mangia molto bene il pesce a prezzi onesti per Londra. Il servizio è impeccabile e cordiale.
All great. Wonderful atmosphere and excellent food. Appreciated the January discount!

As always great fish and a attentive team.I would like to mention the lady host was fantastic with the most demanding passive/aggressive guests on the table next to ours, they wanted to have her exclusively she had to spend 20 minutes just on explaining the menu, then the guest needed to taste 3 wines to order 2 glasses and so it went on and on ,But she was fantastic and patient with the most difficult guests we have ever seen! Very well done KAT M
Good food and service Would recommend to any one who likes fish
Amanda was amazing (& really catered to my husband’s dietary needs, as he cannot eat spicy food). Plus she gave me extra bread (unsolicited) for my delicious Bouillabaisse. Hubby also enjoyed his grilled seafood platter (& had a huge pistachio profiterole for pud). I had a fab Dirty Martini Aperitif & a glass of Viognier with my mains. Food was delicious, service was great (special thanks to Anandu for laughing at my rubbish jokes) & all staff were delightful. With 30% off mains in January, this was a great way for two retirees to save some money, but still push the boat out. Thanks Fishworks
Incredible, as always we've been there. Great food and great staff. Thanks a lot
We picked the latest bookable slot on Sunday for an early family dinner. The restaurant was virtually empty which meant we got great service but zero ambience - probably no great surprise given that it was 4th January but it did kill the mood somewhat. We were also surprised given we had booked what we thought was the latest slot when at about 7.20 a couple of walk-ins were admitted. Food was good but not exceptional - my Monkfish main was a bit stringy and the chilli seasoning overpowering even for a strong fish like monkfish. Other people's food was generally nice though.
Food was very average, 5 pieces of calamari for £12 something, didn't have a few things from the menu and the cheese cake was terrible.
shrinkflation. restaurant is getting very pricey compared to others in London !!
Super fresh fish& mussels! Nice services! Everything is perfect! :)
Very good meal with staff providing excellent service. Recommend this restaurant.
Excellent hake, bream and seafood linguine. Fish cooked perfectly. Muscadet was very good and the service was excellent too. Because of a delayed train we had to miss the first course which was a shame. Couldn’t stay longer because of having theatre tickets. Next time we will make more time.
My meal was the Christmas special Sea Bream dish. It was awful- fish was very dry and vegetables very soggy -- tasted and looked like it had been cooked well prior and sat in the kitchen all day. The portion was so small -- filled only a quarter of the plate My colleagues Sea Bass on the other-hand was very nice and freshly cooked. I only had the Sea Bream because the manager recommended it -- wish i had not.
Very friendly service Fish was wonderful … just a shame prawn cocktail is no longer available… it was one of the best!!
Best Dover sole and great customer service. Had a cake for my sons birthday !
This restaurant is a favorite of my partner and mine and we make a point of going there whenever we are in London. Our lunch today was an excellent as always and the staff including Ablo, the fisherman, were as welcoming as always. We will be back again before departing from London. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant for lunch and dinner and it is good for couples and larger groups.
Great food as always! Great selection of wine as well.
Lovely restaurant, service was amazing very attentive and the fresh fish display was great! The food was delicious and the christmas menu was a great deal!
Really enjoyable evening. Great food and excellent service! Thank you to the team!
A lunch with old friends of 50 plus years standing. One of us was recently bereaved and another was delayed on a train so we made a slow and difficult start but the service was understanding and outstanding! The oysters were great and the Christmas menu was delicious and beautifully served. A very happy occasion under the circumstances. I celebrated my birthday here in September and lunched with daughter’s new father in law in October. The food and service were faultless on both occasions. Fish works Swallow Street is my choice or restaurant in London It does not disappoint
Wonderful service great food would definitely come back very soon!
All good as usual, very pleasant atmosphere, not rushed at all.
Food was as wonderful as always. A massively warm welcome from the team. A little gem of a place away from the hustle and bustle. Hence why we keep coming back. Thanks again.
It was quite busy but the service was absolutely excellent: fabulous waitress. My main (bass) was a bit disappointing but Lethe rest of the food was very good.
You looked after us all so beautifully, thank you, especially for the attention you gave to two tired small children. Bless you. We shall be back minus children to enjoy again
Excellent food and service at reasonable prices in beautiful surroundings.
Wonderfull restaurant, lovely fresh food and great service! This gem in Swallow Street is worth a visit!
Delicious super fresh food as always and I can’t fault the service in any way. Whatever branch I visit, Fishworks never disappoints.
Delicious as ever and great service. Returning customer. Love it here
The staff were very pleasant. The new Christmas menu was very good
Lovely meal at Fishworks and a special mention for the manager who was so hospitable and welcoming. Thank you!
Food very disappointing. Dry, poorly flavoured. Over priced cf quality
Service was very good. Food was nicely presented and tasty.
We love coming to Fishworks on weekends and talk theatre with Katia. Katia asked for feedback about the Christmas menu. We both had the scallops and Halibut, both were a bit too dry and overcomplicated for our simple taste. Crumble is back and it's delicious! Service was spot on as always!
We love Fishworks. Not always perfect but they deserve our praise.
We greatly enjoyed our late lunch before a theatre show Shame about muddled up orders but the food was delicious and served with style
Very nice good and service. This is our regular restaurant.
