Food amazing, service excellent We will return soon really great

I booked at Flavours of Italy because I'd seen it when shopping in the area. It looked welcoming and inviting and the menu had some great looking dishes. I thought it would be a great place for lunch. It definitely did not disappoint. My friend and I agreed this was up there with the best meals we've ever had. Wonderful fresh ingredients and flavours beyond expectations. Absolutely superb welcome and service throughout. We had bruschetta, salmon, risotto frutti di mare and torte della Nonna with cocktails. Everything was faultless. Thoroughly enjoyable. Will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting us 🙏🏼

Had a lovely meal last night all of our food was absolutely delicious. Portion sizes generous. Continue to go back as the food never fails to be lovely and service is excellent.

Seated near the front door where it was cold mainly due to staff holding the door open. After eating our starter we sat at the table for 25 minutes with dirty plates in front of us whilst observing all the other tables being cleaned. Let the restaurant without eating our meals.

We were very disappointed as even though we had booked on line to reserve a table. The restaurant has no knowledge of our booking. The staff were friendly but phased by our show as they were fully booked and we had to wait for diners to finish their meal before we could get seated. Staff apologised but there was no offer of a drink whilst we were standing and waiting to be seated. Once seated the food was good but not the best experience by any means.

Previously visited for lunch and was impressed so booked for dinner. Was not disappointed as the food was excellent. We had pasta for starters, fish for mains and a dessert. Service was a little over attentive but otherwise we felt well looked after, and felt as though they really cared about our enjoyment of the food. I think i have found my new fave Italian restaurant.

We had a fantastic meal while visiting London for a concert. From entering the restaurant staff were very welcoming and we were sat at a table even though we arrived early. Food was beautiful ...my partner ordered steak which was cooked to perfection..and he is hard to please. Our waiter recommended dessert which was also lovely. I loved the waiter singing along to the italian music as he worked An all round very pleasant experience. We would love to book again next time we in the area

Food was good I had the cod which was delicious but service was a bit slow. We weren’t offered a drink for 15 mins.

My seafood linguine was very nice. The waitress was very friendly.

Went to Flavours of Italy with my best friend and our daughters — and it was a disaster from start to finish. Drinks order was wrong (water never arrived), bread came with the mains instead of as a starter, and only three meals arrived for four of us. The waitress suggested we share a meal — then said the missing one would be ready in 1 minute. We waited 15 minutes, asked again, and were told it was thrown in the bin because we were talking! When I asked to speak to a manager, the same waitress told me she was the manager. To top it all off, they had the nerve to add a service charge to the bill. Absolutely shocking service, terrible attitude, and zero accountability. Would never return and strongly advise others to avoid at all costs.
