another great experience last night. It was very busy but the staff were great, the food was piping hot and delicious as usual and we had a table upstairs which is a bit quieter. Hopefully they will do takeout during this lockdown.

Another great meal at Fuegos last night. We have been many times and I'd always recommend it. Just wish the table of five girls on a birthday night had been sat somewhere else, very noisy, but you can get that anywhere. The tapas portions are generous and really good value for money.

We booked the restaurant as it was on our tastecard, we'd not heard of it before. The phone lines were ringing out so we booked online. When we sat down we spoke to the server about the tastecard. They said we needed to call to tell them before to use it (we had tried but no one answered the phone). They reluctantly agreed to honour the tastecard 2 for 1 offer, not the best start. We had ordered drinks and were told the cocktails were half price. The bill came- we were told again about ringing in future to inform them of the tastecard booking. The cocktails were full price, no explanation given. I assume this was because you can't use the tastecard with the cocktail offer- but why weren't we informed about this? All in all, the food was nice- our server was nice but the conversations were awkward and didn't make you feel welcome. I don't really blame the waitress, more of a management issue as they were repeating the message from the manager.

Great food and service. Sat next to a large party booking which was VERY loud, which was a shame.

Staff were unobservant ( there was a water bottle under a table for 20 minutes before they even noticed and couldn't answer simple questions , food was bland and we were rushed out with one of the servers coming to our table and saying "erm sorry to rush you guys , we have have a booking at 9 o'clock. I wouldn't mind but we had to for our table for a good 10 minutes at 7 and it was pretty obvious my dad was frail and had a disability. My mum had barely touched her drink , she'd had to go This is bearing in mind they took over 50 minutes to serve our mains , we never ordered starters and it's Mexican so it shouldn't take that long.

We were looked after the food was top drawer would recommend this restaurant highly

Had a lovely family meal at fuegos . I had tapas my wife had chicken fajitas and my son had fillet teak . All were delicious and the service was really good.. more importantly they were very thorough with their covid 19 precautions . Would recommend and would visit again

After a long break from going out.. it was lovely to return to Fuegos. Lovely food, nice atmosphere and they didn’t disappoint! We will be going back as soon as we can!!

This was the first night that the restaurant has opened some lockdown and it was as fabulous as ever. Obviously new measures are in place and these were handled very well by the team with very clear instructions. Food was fantastic as always, thank you!

As usual, great food, great service, great value and a great atmosphere. Place was buzzing. If you're in Southport and you don't go here for a meal you'll be missing out on a treat.
