From the moment we walked in the service was fantastic. I’d made a specific request due to my Dad wearing hearing aids and they say us in a quieter area and made him feel very special throughout the meal. Everything was delicious and we all had a fantastic evening. Thank you Giraffe in Bath!

First time at Giraffe. Food is not amazing, but OK. Smaller portions than what would expect especially desserts are too small and nothing special. Even the large coke doesn't come in a pint. No complaint on service, staff was very nice,friendly and quick. Food sadly not worth going back. Also they add service charge to the bill.

Wonderful chain of restaurants yet unique. Food, drinks and staff 100%

It was very busy due to Christmas Market. Extra tables had been added into the restaurant obviously to maximize profits which made it very cramped and uncomfortable. We were a party of 5 squashed into a table normally used to seat 4. Service was very slow and not to normal standard. Enquired twice to 2 different people if our usual Southgate discount was valid on that particular evening. Noone seemed to know answer and as we paid full price on bill I guess the answer was no. We work locally and go to Bath restaurant frequently after work because we usually enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and excellent service which was not evident last night. Will be avoiding this place now until the new year which is shame

Normally I enjoy my visits to Giraffe but this one was disappointing. The starters were ok but my main course, Thai Duck Stir Fry, was only luke warm when brought to the table and contained very little duck. There was a noisy hen party on an adjacent table which made normal conversation very difficult. The two waitresses on duty were friendly and helpful and helped to retrieve the situation to some extent. I hope for better luck next time.

Giraffe is an unpretentious restaurant that serves tasty food at reasonable prices. I shall be dining there again very soon.

We went here after the rugby for my husbands birthday . Staff were very friendly and nothing was to much bother for them . I was just a Little disappointed with my meal .

As a regular customer of Giraffe - Bath, it lived up to expectations. The food and service was good and the prices quite reasonable. It was rather busy during this particular visit and the waiting time to be served was rather longer than usual, however this did not spoil our enjoyment and I look forward to returning in the near future.

food great organisation poor, booked table somebody sat there no problem staff moved them. asked for breakfast as not on the menu told ok but only for a few minutes longer no problem we got it. finished meal which was great asked if required more drinks we did but never received them, they were on the bill but removed no problem. as we left some half an hour later the table next to us ordered and received breakfasts !!! Great food organisation needs looking at
