The staff were friendly. The food was amazing. I got to use my Taste Card 2 for 1 so overall excellent!
It's relaxed and comfortable, great place to go to catch up with friends

The four of us were pleasantly served at our reserved table - food was really nice with there being enough to choose from. Even when we had to rush a bit towards the end, that was not a problem whatsoever. Likely to do this again.
Disappointing. Menu is uninspiring, pity the brand has changed. Entrees were luke warm. Staff inattentive & disinterested. 2-4-1 cocktails?! charged for two having categorically been told all at 241. Service & quality is no more. Looks & tastes as if cost cutting has compromised quality.
The food was ok, but the experience was rubbish. The layout is poorly designed with tables squeezed together in front of the bar stools, so we were constantly in the way of people going to sit on them. We were left for ages until I had to ask if we could order food and drinks, and it appeared this would be the theme of the visit. No check up to see if we were ok, I had to ask for the table to be cleared, I had to ask to get my son's dessert. The service was poor, drinks and plates just dropped on the table for me to hand out, no attempt at rapport and no pleasantries from the waitress. A really bad impression of Giraffe.
