Great food! Everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavour. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Food was good. Sunday roast with a twist was nice. Service was a bit slow. Run out of desserts in the afternoon, said only two options left. Ordered then they returned to say none left. The younger staff could do with being attentive but maybe if the music was turned down they would notice customers wanting their assistance. Overall food was nice and everyone ate their meals.

I doubt we'll be returning as this visit was very disappointing. The food was okay, but could have been hotter (temperature wise) And the service was shocking. We got there at 7pm and didn't leave until about 10:30 - we only had 2 courses! We must have chased up our wine order 3-4 times. Likewise requesting glasses for the water. You could die of thirst at this establishment! We waited an age to order to our main course, and it was nothing more than okay. And the noise was terrible. I realise its only diners having a good time, but they were all so loud. My guest and I gave up chatting because we couldn't hear each other. AND, it was cold in the restaurant. Every time the door opened, we were subjected to a terrible draught. Another looooong wait for the bill. The only was we could attract staff attention was to begin putting our coats on. When the bill arrived, it was incorrect. So another looooong wait for the error to be rectified. We were very happy to leave!

We had the Sunday roast with a difference . It was great and really good value for money .

It was our first visit to Goat! Lovely decor, friendly welcome. Food was lovely, well presented and delicious. Service became a bit slow near the end but I appreciate it was busier. Overall wonderful experience and would go again

Had a great time. Staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The venue spotlessly clean and very attractive. The food was amazing. It’s not your run of the mill Asian restaurant. There were so many different flavours. I would have given top marks in every category except for the music. Bit too loud and not particularly pleasant. We dined early so not too many people in the restaurant which might have had an affect. But will definitely revisit as food and staff were amazing.

Fantastic!! Warm and friendly welcome, shown promptly to our table by staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Drinks ordered and served quickly, food was amazing, freshly cooked with just the right amount of time left between each course. Atmosphere inside restaurant was cosy, not too noisy and very family friendly.

Enjoyed a beautiful meal at GOAT on boxing night. Even managed to please a very fussy teenager. Great service and warm atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

A great dining experience for me and my friends last Friday evening. The food was delicious - I am a vegetarian and had the onion baji, momos (omg!) and the Aloo Saag Paneer. I highly recommend all three dishes! Can’t wait to go back.

Xmas music blaring out was a bit of an atmosphere killer. It did get turned down eventually. Food was generally good, one chicken dish was very dry.

Food was tasty and meat was well cooked and tender. Generous portions. Attentive staff. Only thing I would mention main meal was served almost immediately after starter cleared away. Felt a bit rushed. No time to let starter settle. Other than that excellent.

Made a booking on line but was not made aware that it was outside in the conservatory part. This would have been ok if it had been heated but the heaters were only put on when we arrived and it then became apparent that the heaters were not working , so we had to leave at 8:40pm on Saturday night to find something to eat. Very disappointed

This restaurant has a seating area in a conservatory which has no heating 🤔 when we arrived 8 people walked out because it was too cold , we sat down as we didn't think we would be able to go anywhere else as it was 8.30 on a Saturday night , luckily enough after about 15 minutes 4 people who were seated inside left so we moved inside, kind of spoiled the evening for us .

Food as always very good but having been sat at a table near the door which was open, it was cold. I asked if they could close the door but they said it wasn’t possible. In fact, until input my coat on and was about to leave (along with my party of 6) did they agree to close the door, which in fact wasn’t a door but a glazed partition, the door was closed! Whilst food was good, won’t be returned in a hurry after this attitude

This was my fifth visit and Goat has been consistently excellent. High quality food with lots of variety - the Goat curries are great! Service was also good and very friendly.

The food is exceptional, 10/10! however the service really needs addressing. When we arrived the restaurant was quiet as end of a busy day but there were many tables and the bar counter full of dirty plates and glasses which isn’t the best welcoming experience. Very slow service where you have to have to asked to be served. Throwing bottles loudly in bins constantly. It’s such a pity as the price is on the side where you expect a great experience all round. We love the food so will get takeaway more than coming in sadly. I hope the owners take on the comments and hopefully we will return .
