Hakkasan Hanway Place

Very poor experience in this restaurant. Service was terrible, we had finished our starter before the wine was brought to the table, then they brought us the wrong main course, we waited nearly 1 hour for it to arrive, and then the waiter cleared my wife’s dinner plate while I was still eating😩 wow!! My wife’s wine glass was removed from the table without asking us would we like more wine. I’ve dined here before while in London and seem to remember the restaurant being better than this. The food was nice but definitely not worth what we were charged... prices are hugely over inflated for what was a very disappointing dining experience. There are much better places to dine for a quarter of the price in China Town which is close by. My advice, don’t waste your money - go elsewhere!

Great vibe, Zen decor, exceptional service, delicious cuisine with Cantonese flair, great wine pairing, wonderful experience to share with great friends and family. Tried the Phoenix menu, loved the crispy duck, recommend any of their set menues which are perfectly assembled for a culinary experience. Bon appetit.

Great venue and food as ever but service was not to their normal standard. Rushed and flustered. Forgot that it was an 80th celebration - needed to be reminded - initially overcharged and didn’t take off the deposit already paid.

Fabulous food and atmosphere, we arrived early to enjoy a cocktail at the bar while waiting for our table. Once at the table the service and food was divine, the flavours were exceptional. I can not recommend highly enough.

As a regular I felt bitterly disappointed with the quality of food, every dish was served cold not even luke warm.

Great venue, nice food overall, chef unfortunate murdered the sea bass which shouldn’t happen at w Michelin star.
