Bought a groupon voucher for 2 courses and a cocktail for 2 which was really good value. Also got us in early which was great. The waiting staff were very friendly and attentive. Live music was excellent and we even stayed longer for the happy hour cocktails. Loved the venue and the atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Was early evening so not very busy . Service was fine, decor was good , food good , would definitely go again

Arrived early and changed reservation time, this was no problem at all. Quick service by attentive servers, there was also a robot server. Enjoyed the tasty meal and cocktails

The music was too loud, the staff weren’t the best. Luckily after a while we were able to get someone’s attention to serve us after waiting a while, he was better though we still had to wait almost 30mins for 2 beers. The food was 5/10 at best. Definitely wouldn’t be rushing back.

It was ok quite overrated we thought more like a glorified Wetherspoons we were not impressed with the 13.5% service charge if we wish to leave a tip we will if not we won’t & being charged an additional £ 8.08 to the cost of our food & drinks is excessive without our consent & permission

Food was good. Service was pretty bad. Almost had a drink spilt on me. Slow to take drinks order. No check in on whether we are happy with our meal. Slow to clear plates. No desserts request. Disappointing.

Started off fine but then a change of waitress. One of main meal was cold, returned to kitchen but no apology or offer of reducing the bill. It was our anniversary and this experience soured what should have been a great day.

Great visit, love the hotel and restaurant. Food was good and served quickly.

Lovely meal, with wonderful, attentive staff as always. I would have given it a higher mark, but we were sat underneath a speaker and the music was so loud that I lost my voice trying to talk to the others at our table over the top of the music. Too loud Sounds!

Great vibe, great food, great service and a great cabaret! The only criticism was the background music was way too loud when the band took a break!
