Classy restaurant, tasty food, bit pricey for a burger, but service great & ambience great.

I wanted to love this place. I picked it as a joint birthday and anniversary dinner because of all I’ve heard. Sadly, everything was overpriced (less important) and underwhelming (more important). The restaurant was crowded, noisy, and the decor unimpressive. I was pushed into ordering bread and a side salad (which I didn’t touch after the first bite - avoid the Caesar). The drinks were mediocre. We left without even looking at a dessert menu, and instead went elsewhere for better drinks and better dessert. What a shame. This may have been a great place in the past, or perhaps the other locations are better, but no matter, we won’t be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

Giulia our server was SO lovely, had fillet and sirloin with sauces and sides - all fabulous. Drinks amazing - Prosecco, recommended stellenbosch wine, Hawksmoor lager and espresso martinis all super. Desserts a little disappointing - sticky toffee sundae a bit sweet and strawberry pavlova a bit modern

We’ve been a fairly regular Hawksmoor customer - both in Covent Garden and Air St. Haven’t been for 6 months and although it was a good visit yesterday it didn’t live up to previous experiences. The food was good and the service was good but it all felt a bit rushed. We were in and out in 75 minutes, weren’t offered a 2nd drink and all in all it felt like so many other places. The special feel of our previous Hawksmoor visits seemed to be missing. After previous visits we always felt it was a great experience and have always recommended to friends and family. This time I’m afraid it was OK/Good but nothing special.

It was a surprise birthday meal for Nicola. Once again, our favourite Hawksmoor excelled again! At my request, an espresso martini was given to Nicola instead of a birthday cake due to food tolerances. The staff were very patient and courteous to us all as we all are deaf. Our friend from the North was amazed! Once again, many thanks Hawksmoor!

Ordered rump steaks that turned out to be difficult to cut and very chewy to eat. been many times thought we would try a different cut this time, never again.

The medium Chateaubriand is overcooked...Some of it is burnt. Garlic Mushroom is good.

Took my wife to Hawksmoor for our wedding anniversary after raving about it for years. Thankfully her steak was good but mine was really poor. Fillet medium rare that had to be knifed through really tough. Waitress was amazing and so apologetic but not her fault and she made the best of what was a poor piece of steak.

Wonderful Stay, best food, my husband got a candle bc it was his birthday! It‘s a bit expensive but worth every penny.

We were expecting a slightly different atmosphere. It felt as a standard style restaurant. The steak was tasty but again nothing out of extraordinary?

Cocktails were superb, the fillet was one of the 5 best I have had in my life. Would strongly recommend to anyone, excellent experience.

Last time our Chateaubriand steak was extremely salty. This was disappointing as usually the food here is wonderful. We didn't complain as it was quite a wait for the steak and we were hungry, so we didn't want to wait for a new one to be cooked.

Fantastic birthday celebrations with my family. Waiter Paul was bubbly, patient, and attentive. The team smoothly navigated dietary requirements and the food was perfectly cooked. Absolutely delicious! I cannot recommend Hawksmoor Covent Garden enough for a special occasion.

If you like steak, you can’t go wrong with the Hawksmoor. Throw in excellent service and a lively atmosphere and you have a winning formula. Very pricey but you do pay for what you get. Highly recommend.

All the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. We asked for something to celebrate my friend's wedding and they kindly provided us with fancy desserts!

I was a bit disappointed. The service was lovely but my Ribeye was fatty and my wife's sirloin was underwhelming. I want a steak that I pay over £40 to be tasty and well seasoned and flavoursome Sadly missed all three of these. Desserts were lovely though and service was warm and friendly

Splendid visit, but we did find the noise levels very high...and there is little you can do about that!

Told it was an hour wait at the Air Street location after walking in; checked online and tables were available at Seven Dials so made the journey. As usual express menu was great value for money, steak was just right and pavlova was lovely

visited for my sons 21st birthday. I mentioned this and they gave him a delicious sticky toffee pudding with a candle on it much to his embarrassment!
