It was a busy evening and therefore pretty noisy which limited our conversation. However the service was great and the food very good value. More detailed info on the menu would have prevented us over ordering on onion bhajis….but they are now in the freezer at home for future use.

A week prior we had eaten Indian at The Red Lion in West Bromwich, which has featured on BBC programmes about cooking and Birmingham but was rather disappointing. Your curries are tastier, and the portions twice as big. The only real downer: the fact that we had to give up our table after less than two hours, spending the rest of our time in the bar.

A fabulous place to eat with superb food that was value for money. We all went out as a family to celebrate and enjoyed it thoroughly. Defintely recommend even though it looks unassuming from outside, a great place to meet and eat!!

We were staying locally, and needed an evening meal, being a Saturday Evening we did not think we would find a sit-down restaurant. Having walked past this on the way to our hotel, we thought it was just a "back street" style pub. Having looked it up we were pleased to see it was a curry house. It serves an incredible variety of dishes. The ordering process is super easy, and the food arrived super fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was piping hot, and very well-spiced. Very generous portions which I feel could have easily been shared. Good value for money. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area to give it a go. Booking is a must as we snagged one of the last slots.

Excellent food and service — does get loud with a full set of tables !

This is a great place. Purity beer on the pumps and then others such as Helles Lager and Cobra - plenty of drink choice. Food and the service was excellent. We all had excellent curries but looked on longingly as a sizzler dish went by to another table - must have one of those on our next visit.
