Food was incredible and staff were lovely. Loved the decor of the restaurant too.

I have been here several times and I always have the business lunch thali.It never disappoints.

We had such a wonderful time at Herb yesterday evening. It is a lovely welcoming restaurant, with friendly, polite staff and the range of foods on the menu made it difficult to make our choices. All four of were delighted with our meals and recommend the place most highly. Thank you!

Excellent food and first class service. The portions are generous and they taste delicious. The value was also excellent. First class in every way.

Really nice place to mark a family birthday. Reservation was waiting for us; all the staff were really friendly and the initial waitress had an amazing memory when taking our order. Our party of three all tried different mains and all three were really nicely cooked and tasty. Kulfi and ice cream desserts nicely cleaned the palates at the end. Overall excellent!! Thank you

Fantastic Diwali feast. Staff so polite and helpful & cheerful. Went for a family celebration & take my baby granddaughter for her first Diwali meal - she absolutely loved the dosa. The staff made such a fuss over her- it was a delightful evening. Thank you to the team - great job

Booked restaurant for my friend’s birthday. The food was really tasty especially the chutneys that came with the Dosa and the Banana battered starter was really good. The staff are very welcoming and polite and they provided a good service. The only thing that let them down was the fact that I had requested at the time of booking was a candle on a small dessert for my friend . This never turned up which was a BIG disappointment. I would have happily paid for this extra and tipped on payment. I wish restaurants would pick up on these requests as this makes all the difference.

From the moment we arrived the service was very attentive and polite and not rushed. Our first visit so didn't know any of the dishes but each was explained and totally delicious A fabulous experience and we will return when next in Leicester - many thanks to all the staff on duty between 2pm and 4pm on 07/09/2025

Great atmosphere and very friendly service. The two starters I had were really tasty. Wasn't too keen on the main dish, it lacked a bit of flavour. Finished the meal off with a delicious mango ice cream. I went home happy.

Its was wonderful as the staff were all dressed in their traditional dress and looked wonderful 😍
