Good excellent. Service a bit slow but ok when they were there. Sorted any issues well.

Our second visit and excellent once again. Very helpful service. One thing that needs attention is the menu itself which is VERY hard to read in the dim lighting. Just print it in black on a white background please!

Excellent service. The waiters and waitresses couldn’t have been more helpful and cheerful. It was a first visit on recommendation and didn’t disappoint. The recommended dish was tasty and well presented. Did I haven’t tried before but will certainly try again now. Thank you to Mahi and George

Overall a lovely experience. The food was great- lots of vegan options. The only negative was that we were sat close to the main door so every time customers came in we got a cold blast of air, so next time we will request a table further inside.

An EXCELLENT pre-theatre meal for 5 of us. SUPERB service - ALL of the front of house team were VERY focused - we had a very enjoyable meal - so thanks also to the amazing team in the Kitchen. We shall look forward to our next visit to The Herb :-)

I had the pleasure to visit Herb yesterday evening. The food, ambience, staff are amazing. Don’t be put off because it is a vegetarian restaurant, it makes absolutely no difference at all, it proves you do not need to eat meat to have a nice meal, you would not miss a thing, the food is exceptional, flavours are incredible, will definitely be recommending and returning, thanks guys

Great choice of delicious food, with a friendly and welcoming service. I was lucky enough to be invited to watch the appam (rice/coconut bread) being made and make one myself. The only slight downside was that the salad we ordered did not come until after we had finished the other food, the staff could not have been more helpful, packed the salad up for us to take away and didn't charge for it. Every time we come to Herb the food is fantastic and they serve all afternoon as well as lunchtime and evening. Highly recommended.

Superb food, wonderful polite, efficient staff, excellent service. Also what made the evening was the fact they remembered my friend's birthday with a complimentary delicious coconut ice cream.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The food was simply outstanding – every dish was delicious and beautifully presented.

Food and atmosphere was good however experience was significantly dampened by one staff member constantly reminding about the restaurant closure and rushing us to order our food. We arrived hour and half early before the closure time of 10pm and there were people arriving after us, some even after 9:15, yet he was rushing us to order. Felt like a fast food chain instead of fine dining.

Such a wonderful restaurant, we arrived early and went next door to the cocktail bar also a great place for a drink before the meal. The waiter was very helpful as we were not sure on all the dishes he advised what would go best with the mains as side dishes. The whole experience was wonderful, we can see why they have so many awards. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Ambience and servers were fantastic! Wish the dosas were made of ghee (or the variation allowed) then would have 5 stars from my family!
