Hercules Revived

Heard good things so decided to visit but was very disappointed. The beef stew was thin, tasteless and lacking in meat. The sticky toffee pudding was nothing like any one I had previously had. It was dry and cake like.

great food, nice drink . we sat outside on a lovely table and we had the set menu that was very good value for the high standard of food been served

Great service and fabulous food. Good menu choices. We had a lovely sunday lunch and it was very tasty. Great selection of real ale and gin.

Down visiting my daughter from Scotland and booked at meal in between babysitting and glad we did best meal we have enjoyed for a long time

This is a fantastic restaurant, excellent food, lovely staff and has a really cost vibe. Nothing was too much trouble and we thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you!

Excellent service and great food. We were pleased with the starters and the main course was tasty and filling, The house wine was good value for money.

Lovely food, the staff attentive. Nice place for special occasions. High quality food so prices reflect this but worth it. Gets busy so need to book .

Food and service was excellent staff very attentive the ribeye steak I had was done to perfection and the hand cut chips were some of the best I have had.

This was the second time my wife and I had visited the Hercules Revived and found the the staff to be friendly and welcoming, once again the choice and standard of food was excellent and good value, we will definitely be returning.

We went on a Monday but the website Monday menu was not available. Some of the wine list and beer was similarly unavailable. However the food was good and service very pleasant and in-hurried.

Fantastic meal, love this place ❤️ Never had a bad meal yet, very relaxed atmosphere deffinatly a little gem. Visit atleast once a month. Well recommended

It was our first visit to Hercules Revived and we will definitely go back, lovely time from start to finish, the staff were warm and inviting, very attentive to anything we needed (especially for our 6 year old!). The food was very good and the whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxing,
