Overall expensive and not worth of the meat quality with the money paid. The environment is nice but would have been better if there is smoke vents.

The team did not even know there was booking of 15 people, even though I booked almost 2 weeks ago. They wanted to sit us on 2 separate table which is not what we wanted. Then offered us the private room but we have to have a minimum spend which again we do not want. We ended up sitting on 2 tables in one row. This was at lunch time and they ran out of fried chicken, the waitress also said that the BBQ person is reluctant to set up the BBQ for us at 12.30. Our server had a grumpy face and did not look like she wanted to be there. Everyone we ask for something it looked like a chore. Poor service, limited items on the menu. Would not return

What a great place. It’s not hidden but it’s definitely a gem. We enjoyed beef, steak, two maki rolls, sashimi, seaweed salad, and octopus tataki. Great service too. We will definitely return.

really disappointing. will not return. terrible service, they gave us the wrong food repeatedly and did not bring the drinks we ordered.

The waitress didn’t give us the table we wanted - we were 3 and she said she wants to keep it free for a bigger party. By the time we left she gave the table to 3 people, very disappointing. We didn’t know how the BBQ worked and nobody felt like telling us even when we asked for it. The meat was very fat, low quality and drained in sauce, so you would not recognize. Also the place was dirty. One of the worst experiences ever. Then they just add a service charge of 10% on the bill, for what? No service at all. Do not recommend.

Food was amazing but a shame on the service which let us down. When I booked a reservation, I requested to be seated in a nice area as we were celebrating a birthday. We were place near the toilet right near the middle. When my friends came, the staff were telling them to take a seat while some of us was sitting upstairs by our table. We were moved 3 times to a different table as the grill was not working. None of the staff helped us bring over our drinks over to the next table. When we asked if a staff could take a photo of us, she said no and walked off. However, we did not pay for the service charge but apart from that it didn't spoiled our day and we all enjoyed the food..

Food was nothing special at all, service was poor, no atmosphere and overall very disappointed.

Good rash food and good selection of different dishes . Decent portion sizes
