Got sat in a table in the far corner - sat for 29 minutes and no one came over - at 25 minutes a table next to us got sat and got served their drinks within two minutes. We walked out at the 39 minute mark- we had been booked in for 3 weeks so we were not a walk in or an oversized party. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced and I am in hospitality - girls clearing tables next to us while ignoring the fact we hadn’t even been offered a drink let alone received one within 30 mins. Absolutely the worst service ever- I’ve never walked out of somewhere before

Our server was Emily and the experience was fantastic! The wings are lush and service was ace even as it was busy. Footie was on was added to the atmosphere. Great time had by all 😊

It wasn't as good as we remembered. The wings are too dry and smaller in size now. The ribs, while tender, does not have the BBQ flavour soaked into the meat because the source was put on after. It wasn't particularly busy while we were there but it took awhile before we get our food. Unfortunately we don't quite enjoy this visit.

Ordered 20 chicken wings - seriously how can you serve them and think it’s ok???? No meat on them, they were pathetic. ‘Hot sauce’ which is laughable. Nachos were ok but more topping than actual chips. Tater tots were soggy and no flavour Cannot believe we drove 70 miles each way for this garbage! 😡

We had an excellent time today. We were served by Megan who was very helpful and a credit to Hooters

When we arrived the guy greeting us was very laid back and pretty unbothered that we had a booking. He seated us seemingly reluctantly and then we waited around 15 minutes for someone to take our drinks orders and another 15 minutes after that for someone to take our food orders. We then waited over an hour for our food, which was served by someone asking every table if they’d ordered it, and it eventually arrived at us. The wings were cold and the Parmesan and garlic wings had no seasoning on. Once we caught someone’s attention the food was replaced quickly and the new food was fine. The servers were very attentive and lovely - after we’d finally got our replaced food. It then took half an hour to catch someone’s attention to ask for the bill and to then wait to pay. It was not a good experience at all although the servers seemed to be doing their best. Although the atmosphere was fun, it was tainted by the extremely shouty kitchen staff :(

As always we had a good time, and the wings were no different from what they have been for the last 12 odd years we’ve been going. Service was a little slower that it has been in the past, but all in all for £12 it’s hard to complain

Another great visit to Hooters! Service & food was really good. Only a few minutes for the drinks to arrive and about 10 mins for food.
