Took my son for his birthday and he loved it, from start to finish the service was excellent, our reserved table was ready on arrival, our drinks order was taken promptly followed by our food order, the food was superb, big thank you to Leona for her excellent service all night and the lads got their photo taken with one of the waitresses (which made them very happy) Overall experience an easy 10/10 and my other son wants to go for his birthday 👍🏻

Service very slow, food wasn’t that warm as suspect it was left out too long before taken to our table … it was a football match day but expected better. Doubtful we will return

First visit here. Heard the food was good. It didnt let us down. Great chicken wings. Very tasty. Delicious flavours. Lovely tater tots too. Tantalising food. The waitress girls are brilliant. Very well organised and service was really good. All in all a fantastic visit.

Not best pleased. I had booked a table. It was Forest match day. No-one met us at the door yet when we sat down at a reserved table a waitress lead us away to check her tablet only to return us to the same table. We then waited 10 mins but no-one came to serve us. When my son went to the bar a waitres complained that it was her job. Despite having booked a table a group of 4 blokes decided to use our table for their drinks. No-one helped us with this situation.

Even though it was busy we wasn’t kept waiting too long - the service was friendly and the food was lovely!

We recently visited Hooters Nottingham for a birthday celebration with a group of 17 guests, and they handled everything perfectly! Hosting a party of this size can often be stressful, but the staff were amazing. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everyone had a drink in hand and that the orders were accurate. Despite there being so many of us, the service remained seamless and high-energy from start to finish. The food was excellent across the board. It’s rare that every single person in a large group is impressed, but everyone loved their meal. The wings and platters came out hot and fresh, and the timing was great—we weren't left waiting for ages for the final few plates to arrive. It was the perfect spot for a birthday. The atmosphere is lively and fun, which took the pressure off us as hosts and allowed everyone to just enjoy themselves. Thank you to the whole team for making the night so easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back for the next big occasion!

I asked when booking were we celebrating a special even to with I said a thirteenth birthday no reference made to it So no idea why you have a section on your booking form saying this
