Ordered 20 chicken wings - seriously how can you serve them and think it’s ok???? No meat on them, they were pathetic. ‘Hot sauce’ which is laughable. Nachos were ok but more topping than actual chips. Tater tots were soggy and no flavour Cannot believe we drove 70 miles each way for this garbage! 😡

We had an excellent time today. We were served by Megan who was very helpful and a credit to Hooters

When we arrived the guy greeting us was very laid back and pretty unbothered that we had a booking. He seated us seemingly reluctantly and then we waited around 15 minutes for someone to take our drinks orders and another 15 minutes after that for someone to take our food orders. We then waited over an hour for our food, which was served by someone asking every table if they’d ordered it, and it eventually arrived at us. The wings were cold and the Parmesan and garlic wings had no seasoning on. Once we caught someone’s attention the food was replaced quickly and the new food was fine. The servers were very attentive and lovely - after we’d finally got our replaced food. It then took half an hour to catch someone’s attention to ask for the bill and to then wait to pay. It was not a good experience at all although the servers seemed to be doing their best. Although the atmosphere was fun, it was tainted by the extremely shouty kitchen staff :(

As always we had a good time, and the wings were no different from what they have been for the last 12 odd years we’ve been going. Service was a little slower that it has been in the past, but all in all for £12 it’s hard to complain

Another great visit to Hooters! Service & food was really good. Only a few minutes for the drinks to arrive and about 10 mins for food.

Food was horrendous staff wasn’t well mannered very disappointed wouldn’t recommend

Hooters nottingingham is always amazing and the service is always first class

We generally love hooters food and decided to bring the kids with us - 6&2. We were shown in to our table and ordered absolutely fine. Our food then came and I asked for a separate plate for our youngest to try and reduce his plate size. Just before we left I went to the toilets and noticed kids menus on the side table with other menus. When I asked why we weren't offered this I just got a unbothered apology. We were seen by 3 different staff members including the lady that took our order and not a single one offered or even mentioned a kids menu as our kids our evidently young enough to need one. The price is obviously half the price too and just feel very disappointed and clearly not kid friendly at all.

Realise that Monday is probably your busiest day but thought you may have been understaffed as service was a little hit and miss
