Friendly atmosphere and can't beat unlimited wings on a monday.

Busy Saturday pre-match lunchtime visit for food, drink and watch a live game, served by Lauren who was speedy even though she was kept very busy, great atmosphere and some nice banter with Swansea fans.

On a not very busy Thursday evening, spent a couple of hours with old friends eating and drinking, Neeve was our waitress, she was excellent and made us all feel welcome and kept the beers flowing.

Friday afternoon and the end of another working week, great place to start the weekend, Helen was my waitress and charming as always, this time they had Tea on offer, Management must be learning.

It was a very poor service by Lauren. We had to wait for 1 hour to just get the starters. So, we had to skip the mains and get out. The crowd wasn’t a lot as well and don’t know why we were treated like this. We asked the manager to explain and he was like sorry, I took some money off from the bill. But we weren’t after the charges but the service principles. Lot to improve on how a diverse crowd to be treated, to be honest.

Very nice food. More acknowledgement from the women!! Ha ha

We were greated at the door and seated immediately. The service was speedy even though a forest home game was on and they were very busy, the atmosphere was fab, we really enjoyed the occasional songs the football crowd started but I appreciate it probably isn't everyone's cup of tea. The food was great and we didn't wait to long for it to be brought out. My only qualm about the whole experience was when we asked for the bill there was a 12.5% gratuitous payment. I feel it should be up to me if and how much I tip and I do feel this would make me think twice about booking here again.

A special visit for my nephew who has been though such a lot with a brain tumour. He had so been looking forward to visiting Hooters for the first time and the experience lived up to his expectations. We especially thank the lovely Ellie for the effort she went to decorating the table up and her friendly, kind nature. xx

It was my first visit to the only hooters in the uk. It was a great atmosphere and really busy, the service was very quick and the food was delicious. Well worth a visit, I’ll be back.

Hadn’t been to Hooters for years as in quick succession had 2 bad experiences (food and service). Thought I would give it another go as a friend had never been and wanted to give it another try and so glad I did. The food was excellent and good value for the quality and quantity you get. Service was great, it was a busy night due to football so it wasn’t constant service from one person but we never went without anything and someone else would ask if we were ok. There was a mix of supporters but no issues as there was plenty of security and the atmosphere was good. Loads of sport on the TVs which was great. Everything was clean and tidy. Look forward to going again soon. Staff there do an excellent job. Thanks to everyone.

Very noisy atmosphere on a Football Saturday lunch time, was a great start to the afternoon, Amanda our waitress was kept very busy but she was great at making sure our visit, drink and food were served promptly, thank you.

Beer or Tea that is the question, due to a lack of Tea bags (after only being open 3 hours) settled for Beer and pie, Helen the waitress was apologetic about it, which she didn't need to be its managements organisational skills at fault not hers, still a good at of the week visit.

Chicken was good, the ‘wild west burger’ was poor, very dry. extras such as curly fries expensive in comparison. Better to buy beer in pints as the pitchers appeared relatively ‘flat’ in comparison. Good night though and the staff were superb

Poor service with s mix up of meals. One drink totally forgot about. When we raised our concerns the manager was very argent and didn’t once apologies although he didn’t charge us for the portion we didn’t order My visit Saturday 9th February 3pm

Brilliant 2 hours yesterday. Perhaps the only pub serving glass pint pots to. Great service by the staff. Will go again without doubt. Thank you

Tuesday now has a new special seafood, we didn't try it but i'm tempted for next time, maybe the Shrimps. Service by Helen was excellent and with two different football games live to watch and cold beer to drink what's not to like.

Great atmosphere, food and service. Every time we’ve been to Hooters, the place has never let us down. Will 100% be returning at some point!
