Excruciatingly bad service this visit : we literally got shown to a table, were left there for 10 mins without a drinks order or anything (I actually had to go and get a waitress). The food itself was not up to the usual standards - we don’t expect much from going to Hooters but this visit simply was a disappointment.

Went with my hubby n baby boy to Hooters ordered r drinks omg the pink gin was divine ordered nachos for our starters they were amazing n obviously the chicken wings for our main they were delicious our waitress libby was so helpful I will defo be going back soon for the nachos n gin haha

Got forgotten about with just our second plate of wings. Sat for around 25mins waiting for them, while everyone around us was getting served. Eventually a member or staff came and said have you not got them yet. When they came I explained that I don’t actually feel hungry anymore. She spoke to the manager and they offered discount. I ate just a few wings off the plate and so did my friend. We sat there not eating we had cleaned our hands and finished our drinks when a staff member asked if we wanted to order anymore wings. To which we replied with no we are done. So she left. Assuming she was collecting the receipt, we were left there another 15mins or so with no bill when all we wanted to do was leave. We eventually had to collar another staff member and ask for the bill. Poor customer service and staff attitude wasn’t great. I understand maybe it was under staffed but there was never really a sincere apology and the experience just got worse. Who goes for unlimited wings and eats hardly anything?

Very busy Friday afternoon visit due to Cricket world cup, management got it wrong with only three waitress' working, Heather who served me was rushed off her feet, still did a marvellous job.

Excellent mid-week visit with a booking for 10 people, our waitress "T" was a superstar, fabulous service, drink refills quickly served and all round good time.

Busy as usual on a Monday but food took too long.

6 on a stag weekend but we knew the food was good and wow it was sensational, staff very attentive and engaged with us which is good. Would go again without a doubt!

Friday lunch pie & tea visit, served quickly by friendly staff, great way to start the bank holiday weekend.

Friday afternoon visit just after the cricket fans had left, briefly more waitresses than customers, which meant service was very speedy. Great time, excellent lunch with beer before holiday

We had a great time at Hooters. Service is fast, wings are delicious and one hostess in particular was an absolute star. Libby, who I believe hadn’t been doing the job long, was absolutely lovely. Made us feel important and was like a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be back. Oh and the peanut stack?..........amazing!!!

Best time to go is around 18.30ish, not so crowded and service is really attentive. Can't beat all you can eat wings.

Fairly busy Wednesday evening our waitress Molly was pleasant, helpful and courteous, quick service when drinks were getting low, a far better experience than previously, well done Molly & Lauren.

Booked table not ready, but quickly rectified, quick service throughout the visit, but waitress got confused when people who we know arrived at our table during our meal and after we had paid and left, thought calling me to get the other people who she had lost track off for payment was a good idea....Not!

Bbq chicken wings were really nice :)) and the LA beer went really well with it as well. The 3 scoops of strawberry ice cream with the fudge cake perfectly finished it off :)) great first visit

Very understaffed, poor girls were running all over. Chicken was dry with little sauce. First time in our very many visits we've been disappointed, our server, Lauren, I think was fab though

Loud, dirty, dated... The wings were disgusting! In fact... all the food looked disgusting on other people’s tables as well! The sauce on the wings, the texture, the ‘quality’ and the over all taste was defo the worst thing I’ve ever tasted! Even the beer and cider didn’t taste right! I will never return and I now understand why this is the only Hooters in the UK
