The food was delicious, we didn’t have to wait long for our food. The cocktails were good! Definitely will be returning very soon! The staff were really nice and friendly!

The fact the you have to pay service charge when you order on the app is crazy should be optional.. seafood boil is bland and over priced nothing is seasoned .. ordered a medium sauce that was hot & salty .. shrimp sliders was nice 👌.. need to season the fries after they are cooked and not just cover them in dry Cajun seasoning taste to strong and overwhelming

I had a wonderful experience at Hot 'n' Juicy Shrimp, and I really appreciate that they offer a vegetarian boil option, which many places don’t provide. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. I will definitely be coming back again.

This was my second visit, I was so excited to come back because the first time was so amazing and it did not disappoint! I brought my boyfriend as he’d never had a seafood boil before and he also loved it! The quality of the food is outstanding and the flavour is honestly the best I’ve ever tasted! I was enjoying it so much I was eating slow slowly and blessed the waitress, she reheated my food for me which was just the best touch because then it was all warm and I could start all over again! I had the crab fest, it came with potatoes and corn and I added eggs and I had it with the garlic butter sauce. I was worried the sauce was gonna be too oily but honestly it was so creamy and it was just so delicious! There was hot sauce and seasoning on the table, but you really don’t need it because the food is so well seasoned! If you’ve not shelled a crab before you might be a little bit out of your depth, but the more you do it the easier it becomes! So in summary, I absolutely love this restaurant! And I will 100% be returning!!!

Overall the service was great. Both ladies were very attentive and friendly. My son was disappointed about the portion of his choice of the Duo Of Lobster Tails and Seafood Mania. The lobsters were very small considering the amount that we paid.

Exceeded our expectations. It was my first time eating at the resteraunt. The service was awesome.The staff member was very attentive ensured that we enjoyed our visit.. Some of the food we ordered was available but the way in which this was compensated was beyond what I've experienced before so we were delighted. The food was so tasty, succulent and fresh. I would definitely recommend this company and the food.. I'll be back.

It took us forever to order because the signal was terrible so there should be wifi available without a password, the noise levels were terrible due to several children. Obviously this is not the restaurant's fault. Otherwise it was a great experience!

The reception was lovely staffs were really nice and polite, making sure you are ok, they didn't rush you to order but take the time to explain how to order.

Came for my sons 13th birthday for the first time. It was sooooo good. The food and service was exceptional. Worth the 2 hour drive. I will definitely come again.

The food at Hot N Juicy Shrimp was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. However, the service could have been better. We had to remind the staff about our drink orders, and it took about 15 minutes before they finally arrived. Overall, the food made up for the wait, but the service definitely has room for improvement.

Overall the food was decent the mac and cheese was not nice but the starters and main dishes was amazing. The two waitersss which never had any name badges so I can’t address them by their names wasn’t really attentive and also kept swapping serves which cause confusion. One of them also didn’t know if the kids menu had any drinks and was kind of oblivious…..would I come back Yesss for the shrimps but the staff need a better vibe the bar staff looked very angry.

The food was really good, the drinks were great but the only let down was the waitress serving us! However the manager rectified this and served us, she was attentive, friendly and on the ball! A real asset to the restaurant!!! One thing that they may want to change is that the service charge is added at the time of ordering and paying via the QR code which is a bit strange as ideally you should be able to add your preferred service charge amount once you have received service at the end of your meal! Also there is service charge added to the drinks bill which you order and pay separate so please look out for this when you’re ordering and paying! However I will say the food is extremely good, fresh, tasty and with a variety of seafood boil options and extras and they even do chicken wings for the non seafood eaters!

Food was great! Service is a little slow and whilst staff are nice and helpful, the slow service would stop us returning (that and how expensive it is for the seafood boils). We would have ordered more drinks if the staff were available. I dont like waiting ages between drinks and for service generally so wont return but we did like the food. Would reccomend the shrimp sliders! Would reccomend for the unique experience but for a date night with exceptional service, go elsewhere. Also, having water and cutlery on tables would be an easy improvement.
