Appreciate the hospitality from the reservation, instagram and restaurant team. Our reservation time we could not meet, however all the teams were accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing and delicious. Would have liked a little variety of seafood for the kids selection. My daughter likes prawns but not able to complete the shrimp fest seafood bowl, probably a smaller bowl would be ideal. Other than that, my mum is already thinking of when we are returning. Thanks again to all for the feast..

Overall great experience enjoyed everything and the settings. However ordered a lot of food and table was tiny understanding of it just being the 2 of us. Still think the tables should have been doubled up as things were very prone to falling because of how much stuff was ordered no space for movement. However great food great service great everything very pleased.

they ran out of cray fish but we got a refund back for it. Noise levels were up, but then again there were a lot of noisy people.

No complaints about the food, was amazing! And came out super fast, we probably would have not had any drinks if we didn’t flag down a waitress, nobody came to take our drinks order and when we did our food came out before we received them. As soon as we finished though we had 3 different waitresses come over to us to get us to leave. Wish this intensity was the same at the start of the visit. Overall would come back.

Even before I got there the customer service was amazing I was running a little and they more than accommodating to push back the time. When we walked in the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A staff member was starting her shift and the hug she received from her coworker was so warm and genuine. They were like a family and that over flow into the customer service. Now the food as some people may they put their foot in that . The food was well seasoned through and through. 5 Stars definitely coming back.

They have us some skinny snow claws, hardly anything and 3 potatoes with two sweet half sweet corn for £35 absolute bump! There’s a much better restaurant where they give far More than that for cheaper. The travel wasn’t worth it.. They only give influencer big portion

Customer service was great, they explain the process if its the first time visiting, comfortable seating I ask to be seated in a comfortable seat and was granted. The toilet area very clean, all the essentials there e.g pads, was our first time, will definitely visit again .

Waited long for my cocktail, had to ask twice where my order was Vegan/Vegetarian options are also very limited. NO DESSERTS is a huge letdown

Unfortunately the restaurant fell short: card order via scanning and no form of cutlery to cut crab or lobster which is a huge disappointment from a seafood restaurant.

Our waiter Paris did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend coming.

Was lovely on the whole, but the lobster tail was over cooked, so had a rubbery taste to it. We enjoyed the prawns, potatoes and fries though! Unfortunately we also had to order our drinks at the bar this visit as it was quite busy. I think a bit of attentiveness would have made the experience top notch! We will be back though 💖

The food was delicious and filing. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. The food came fairly quickly, too. I don't recall if they have a desert menu, but to be honest, there was no space for it. The food was totally satisfying. I would recommend a visit there and I would certainly go again.

The food was delicious. There was a problem with the menu as it was showing a different discounted price the system had not been updated so the price we intended to pay was incorrect.

First time going Hot ‘n’ juicy shrimp in Dulwich and they did not disappoint. 10/10

I took my best friend as hse had never been. I told her to brace herself and try not to eat too much on the day as I warned her of the portion sizes. She ate EVERYTHING lol. Very impressed and added that we need to visit once month for our girlie catch up days and the cocktails were ON POINT. The bartender said that between the 2 of us he has never had to make so many Strawberry Daquiris loooool
