The food was great but waiting time is about 45 minutes for a seafood bowl (I went around 5pm on a Saturday). Would go again! The noise and atmosphere rating are based on me being an introvert.

The visit was good, just the communication barrier was a problem, not being able to contact the restaurant over the phone was the only issue that I had. I will definitely be coming back as I was so satisfied with the food.

The service was not too great, they need to be more friendly.

My food took very long to come I had ordered 2 calamari’s and only one came out… instead of another being made and then bought out, the staff just stood and went back and forth with each other about where the other calamari went. I ended up waiting for almost half an hour for my starter. We ordered chicken wings they were meant to be lemon something flavour and it had no taste what so ever it just tasted fried. I had baby squids in my calamari and I also had rings of calamari the sizes were inconsistent I’m not sure if this is normal but it seemed as though they threw in random parts of the squid in and cooked it. I have never had calamari served like this. When staff were asked about food times they said they would ask and find out 3 staff said this and never came back with any info. The sea food boil was okay they have large portions it’s very filling but I picked hot flavour but it tasted regular. Overall the people are nice but communication between staff needs to improve so they can give customers correct information.

It was a great experience. The waiting time not too bad considering. The staff are great. The food was delicious. The only thing I would say is the food would be better served in a bowl not eating from bag. I don’t buy into that concept.

A particular staff was rude. The orders was wrong still awaiting refund.

Waited 32 minutes to get an answer when I realised I was going to be late. Staff are very friendly and make you feel special. Delicious food and cocktails are well prepared and presented. John the receptionist makes the whole experience worthwhile!

It was lovely , the jumbo prawns are hugeee and bar men and staff in general were very helpful and attentive . Would highly recommend. Only comment is the dining chairs were a little hard so not as comfortable but then again i am pregnant so lol maybe it’s the extra weight. However everything was excellent.

I drove from Essex to visit this restaurant in South London. I was a bit underwhelmed though. The journey wasn't worth it for me. It felt almost like a takeaway interior for me. I also found out that seafood boil is overrated. The crab was just crab legs so no meat. The lobster tail was nothing to write home about. It was the end of the tail and didn't look fresh. I also don't understand the concept of serving food in a bag. I find it distasteful, it's not a flex. Things are already messy enough because we're going to tuck in with fingers. Then at least serve the food in a big bowl or something. The only positive was that there was a lot of prawns in the serving. Maybe 16. All in all, I won't be doing seafood boil anytime soon.

I've asked for mild sauce so that I could share with my daughter but it was actually quite hot so couldn't really enjoy my mania seafood bag unfortunately. Staff was nice and friendly.

The staff were friendly and amazing customer service , the food was the dogs bullocks , the music was on point ! Thank you guys for a lovely evening ❤️will deffo be back !

Nice restaurant with tasty food & good service! The only downside was the lemon pepper wings 😔 They are not nice! Besides that everything was delicious and I recommend going! 😋

The staff were lovely so we didn’t have the heart to complain and we had to pay before we ate so there was no point in saying we were unhappy. Sadly the food wasn’t very good at all, the prawns were mushy and the sauce was not very nice, food wasn’t particularly hot, the bowls the food was served in had huge chips in which I think is a real health and safety issue. We wouldn’t return and feel like we wasted £100 on lunch.

I had a great time, the food was amazing and delicious and the staff was so nice and polite, I can’t wait to go again.

The Customer service was top tier, food was delicious and my kids enjoyed it very much.

First time dining. We had a warm welcome on entry and shown to our seats shortly after where the ordering process via the QR code was explained. Food ordering online via the app was a little slow due to low network coverage but food came quickly after and we were not disappointed. We had two different seafood boils, one with the 2 lobster tails and the other with the crab claws and prawns. We both enjoyed the classic sauce more than the garlic one. It was all well cooked, prepared and presented. We were given gloves, aprons, and cutlery as well as utensils for the lobster. Had a blue cocktail which was very nice. Space was small so seating was intimate but general atmosphere was nice and the staff were very friendly helpful and nice.

Food is delicious.😋 great music. Recommend to roll your sleeves up before eating 😂

First time having a meal at hot 'n' juicy shrimp The starter was good, the main course boil in the bag was very good washed down with a cocktail. The waitress Kim was very kind and helpful showing me how to order and pay for the food making us feel relaxed and welcome. Can't wait to go back if you like seafood give hot n juicy try 👍🏽

Deposit was not taken off my bill. I was told it will refund back into my account. 2 weeks later still no refund

Loving dining here. All the staff are always so friendly. The food is always amazing. The only downside to the experience is having to scan qr code and order your own food on your phone then go through a payment process before eating. I hope this is not the future of dining out.
