Food was over done and hardly no interaction didn’t feel warm and friendly

I’ve been here before so had the same expectations. Food wasn’t piping hot and things were forgotten, I had to remind staff of my order a few times.

Our first time here and we heard great things about this place so we decided to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday here. The food was wonderful with large portion sizes. However, there was a film crew in today and we were not notified until we showed up. We didn’t have much choice but to stay as it was a birthday celebration and too short notice to book anywhere else, plus we came all the way from Sevenoaks. As a result, the atmosphere felt off, there was no music or ambience and we had to listen to a reality show being filmed with the film crew right next to us. Not what we expected at all. Such a shame we weren’t notified days before so we could have made alternative arrangements, we had been looking forward to this for so long. On the plus side, the staff were very professional and polite.

I was not pleased by the time we had to wait for the food, also it was not clear enough as we thought the bottomless shrimp was 90min but it was 60min, very disappointing.

Busy. Staff were not very attentive. Items were misisng, had to ask for drinks several times. Waited almost half hour despite arriving early for our booking. Staff were polite and helpful despite not being attentive.

The service was so good food amazing! Coming back !

The meal was very tasty. Suggestions: Can you use sweet potatoes instead of normal potatoes please? Can you mix muscles with the dishes please?

Food was delicious, I had the seafood boil and it was a good portion size. Cocktails was good too, Nice venue, that is quite small, but was rushed towards the end, even though there were a few other tables available and no one waiting to be seated

Amazing place, so happy I discovered it and it's so close to home. The food was delicious - had the burger sliders and one of the bags and it was plenty food for 2. We also had 2 cocktails which were really nicely made and with enough alcohol to put us in a good mood. We'll definitely return to try out the rest of the menu.

Food was OK. Nothing special to be honest. The menu was pretty limited in options and the creamy garlic and hern sauce was not very nice. I do however like the fact that they offer an option to remove the prawn shells (at an extra cost) and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I won't however be returning.

10/10 great service great food. Well worth the 1.3 hour drive. I'd drive to florida for the food.

The food was OK and service was good. The only issue for me is that there was nothing to crack the crab legs and I had to use my teeth resulting in me breaking one of my front tooth.

My friends and I loved the seafood boil. The ambience was good as well. The service was basic, but could be better.

Booked at table for 8 at 16:30 only half the table was ready at 16:30 got told to wait for the table next to us to finish eating however did nothing to hurry them up the table even ordered new drinks had to ask the host multiple times when the table would be ready and we had a toddler so standing around waiting with a toddlerwqs not ideal

Everything was fine could have done with a nut crackers for the shell of the crab legs a minor thing but would of round things off nicely

Got there on time and was told to wait by the bar for nearly a hour, had to approach the guy who asked me to wait by the bar what’s going on and he was like ohhh your table is ready, i was very disappointed

Food and ambience was great. Server was pleasant but found that although others servers asked if everything was okay did not deal with issue or relay information to our server. Asked for napkins and a fork when other server came to table but did not get either until our server came back to the table. Felt that if she felt that job was beneath her she should not have asked as I think she was the senior member of staff as she dressed slightly differently. Other than that had a good evening.
