Amazing service and food has lots of flavors. My mom and I had a great experience!

Food was great, the only annoying thing i will say is that its a bit tight in the restaurant.

The food was amazeballls!!! Service was super quick ! Staff was even more outstanding! We missed our initial reservation time but when we called they were quick and eager to make accommodations for a later time! From where we came from, it was a bit of the distance to get there but the food is totally worth it !!! Would definitely give it a try and recommend

Staff was polite and helpful but considering there was a high service charge they didn't do much then bring our drink you order ur food via the app so I wasn't happy about that the food was ok lobster was hard to get out and hardly any meat in the crab

The food was alright, however to charge people £6 per person for service fee is ridiculous. The service did nothing special. We ordered with our phones, waited for the food to come and then ate. Only time we really interacted with staff was when we entered and when they took our drinks order.

I have come to Hot n juicy 3 times now. This was the worst experience I’ve had yet. Usually we come on the weekends and it’s busy but the staff are always welcoming, very professional and bubbly. However , on my recent visit the waitress was very dismissive, rude and had an attitude. We waited a long time for our food and some items for the seafood boil was missing. To makes matters worse we asked numerous of times for cutlery to open the crabs which was ignored by the waitress which means we had to wait for ages to eat. When we finally received the bill the waitress was rude and had an attitude, stating she doesn’t have time to separate our order and we should figure it out ourselves and that she’s been working all day. I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable. We all have jobs and no matter your own personal circumstances you shouldn’t make the customer feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I’m hoping this was a one off but this was my worst encounter with the restaurant so far. The food was amazing as usual but the encounter with the waitress and the service made the whole experience negative.

The food tasted bland. The service was TERRIBLE! Had to ask for cutlery. Ordered a classic Hot n Juicy seafood boil and it came without any crab in it. After I asked the waitress for the crab, the lady brought it 30secs later, cold. The cocktail was nice but lacked alcohol. Felt rushed by the waitresses to hurry up, throughout the whole dining experience. Feel robbed of my money.

Very basic ambience Barman looked bored on his phone. The girl that served us had dirty clothes and quite messy in appearance., but was lovely. Food was bland and over priced. I won't being going back.

The restaurant decided to put a table 12 people next to us and squash us into the corner more making it uncomfortable even though it was a table for 6 and then a member of staff assumed we were finished saying to the table that we would be finished soon and they can take over our space. Was gonna get more food and drinks as the food didn’t fill me up but I didn’t wanna stay. The food was average at best and over priced as well as the drinks were.

Taste wasnt good compared to other seafood boil. Quantity is less as well

Manager was rude slagging off staff in front of customers. 1 persons food brought out 20 minutes before everyone else's. Very disappointed for the price. My daughter called to wish myself and a friend happy birthday which wasn't done. A birthday meal ruined.
