The staff was rude. I went there for my 21st birthday hoping it would be a good experience. I called in advance saying i was running late and they told us it was fine as long as we left at 5. We was aware that we had a certain time slot and had to go at 5pm. We ate our food and wanted to rest a bit after as we still had 30mins left, the staff were talking loudly about us and discussing who is going to tell us to leave. The place had many empty tables and were desperate for our two seater table. We had someone come over and tell us we had 20minutes then she came over with the drink bill. Then the manager came over taking our cups away without asking if we was done. Talking loudly about us and laughing was rude and not nice for us as we had travelled a long way to come for the seafood boil. Was overhyped and not worth the travel for the experience we had. Overall experience was not good and wouldn’t go again.

Love that there’s a black owned seafood restaurant, but honestly don’t think it lived up to the hype. Everything was quite average and the servers were very hard to catch, especially when trying to ask for cutlery to eat my sides.

Great food and exceptional staff. Would recommend getting the shrimp deveined though as it takes up so much time and everything is delicious, so you want to eat fast!

Took my kids who were to trying some seafood. Easy to follow the menu and order food. We each had a different boil bag and were happy with our choices. The mac n cheese was original. The drinks (mocktails) were slightly lack luster for the price could have been a lot better… overall experience was good… atmosphere was good too

We waited an hour for food and our starter did not arrive, when we chased we were told it had run out and we had to choose an alternative which came with our main course. The service was not great, not enough attention to tables, our waitress went on a break and there was no replacement….

Lovely seafood mania, calamari starter was quite raw, mai tai cocktail very nice.

I introduced 2 of my friend's to seafood boil. I am very particular in the service I receive. In all honesty the service could be improved. Diners should be told they need to scan the QR codes on the table to place an order. Overall the food was good my friend's enjoyed the experience

The staff worked swiftly and attentively pulled together as a team very polite and informative. The food was delicious and devine mocktail was sharp but refreshing. Our experience was really good if not amazing. Puddings and desserts is a must I trust and believe you could make it work when you’re ready xxx

We went along with no high expectations as we thought the seafood might be over cooked, but we were very impressed as this was not the case. The seafood was cooked just right. The marinated food was very tasty. We thought it was also very reasonably priced and will come again.

Was sat immediately, however the order took over an hour to arrive. We had to ask when the food was predicted to arrive. Food was lovely once it did arrive and despite timing issues, would recommend. Just know you have to chill.

Wednesday was my first experience at Hot 'n' Juicy Shrimp - Dulwich. Before i closed the door my host josh was so welcoming and friendly. Josh and NinaRose made me feel like a VIP guest with how attentive they were to me. The seafood boil was the best one i had in south. the seafood was so fresh and delicious. lets not forget the cocktails yummy. overall best first impression 10✨✨✨✨✨I will definitely be returning. Thank You Josh, NinaRose and the rest of the staff you guys were incredible with your customer service. Great Food paired with Great Customer service equals Fantastic Experience ✨✨✨✨✨

The food was to die for !! Best seafood boil I’ve ever had, the drinks were amazing . Definitely go again. The service from staff was fantastic made to feel very welcome and comfortable straight away. Made sure we wasn’t cold. Loved the atmosphere of the place, has a little twist to the drink being Caribbean style. Definitely worth going

Me and my partner wanted to come for ages and it did not disappoint. Amazing flavours and good portion sizes (would suggest upgrading the sausages). Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Overall a nice evening, staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the orders was wrong, it was amended quite quick and we enjoyed the food.

The food was great but waiting time is about 45 minutes for a seafood bowl (I went around 5pm on a Saturday). Would go again! The noise and atmosphere rating are based on me being an introvert.
