Formerly Copperfields, the restaurant has undergone a recent transformation and everything from the stylish decor of the dining space itself – complete with classic white table cloths, timber floor boards and rich colours – through to the wine list and the food menu has a revamped feel. The Forest Lodge is exemplary of modern Australian cuisine, with artisan ingredients and seasonal produce featuring in each dish and the menu being uniquely categorised into introductions, flora, fauna, distractions and conclusions.
