ITALIKU’s original fusion menu is carefully crafted by Italian Chef Ivan Simeoli, who spent his early career in Massimo Bottura's Osteria Francescana, prior to his 15 year career in high profile London restaurants. His beautifully presented dishes offer a unique combination of Japanese flavours and techniques. Using only the highest quality ingredients, from the raw bar comes the wild seabass sashimi, beef carpaccio, and akami tuna with caviar. By far the most adventurous are the pasta dishes. In this part of the menu you’ll find octopus puttanesca, cappelletti submerged in a miso broth and a gorgeous sea urchin linguine with an added spritz of Amalfi lemon.
Not only is their food extraordinary, but they also offer a serene and tranquil space in which to savour these flavours. The plush sofa seating, marble flooring and real plant arrangements provide a comfortable retreat where you can wind down and enjoy the finer things in life.
Refined yet subtle, ITALIKU is not somewhere you’re likely to forget.
