It's All Greek To Me

Had a very nice, relatively cheap dinner with friends. The food was good.

Overall this was a bit of a disappointment. Poor girl serving us was clearly quite inexperienced and didn't have great English. It was annoying that the menu is ONLY available on the app - no paper copies available. We asked for some tap water and it took ages to come. My Dad ordered the gyro box and it was meat and chips with a little bit of sauce on top. I know you CAN have a kebab with chips, but most of the ones I have come with salad and chips are extra / on the side.

We had a great time and a great dinner at the restaurant, everything was tasty, and we enjoyed it a lot! Thank you very much! And the hostess, Samikshya, was very attentive and helpful; she helped to make our evening pleasant and delicious! The only thing we missed on the menu was black tea, but we didn't ask - maybe you already have it, just wasn't on the menu.

I had a lovely lunch of Greek chicken wrap and it is a really tasty dish. I lived the feel of authentic Greek atmosphere and the food matches it.

Greek to Me, located near Paddington Station, is a small restaurant that looks more like a takeaway from the outside. The setup is quite compact, with a drinks display at the entrance, a couple of long communal tables with high stools, and several small tables in a tight space. Ordering is done via a QR code on the table, and there are some promotions, including NHS discounts and special deals on certain days. The Greek pork wrap was reasonably priced but fell short on quality, with minimal salad, soggy chips, and average-tasting pork slices. However, the complimentary loukoumades with Nutella were a nice touch. Service was quick, with food arriving in about 10 minutes, though the place was run by just one staff member. Overall, a decent but unremarkable experience

We had a great time here! It was a small, quaint space, but the big smiles of our server (I don't remember her name) more than made up for it. The food was lovely - olives, pita, hummus, the wraps, everything we ordered, we loved! My husband even ordered extra sausages for us to take home. Nice outing.

Some of the food(potatoes) were not edible because they were cooked wrong(too hard to eat).

The meat was not fresh. It was dry and you can tell it was sitting there for a long time. We had to send a dish back.

It took us a little while to understand the use of the internet for the menu as we do not always have data switched on for our pay as you go phones and until recently mine was an old Nokia which would have definitely caused problems. The kitchen had a problem which meant the food was slow in coming but we were kept informed by the staff

Although I enjoyed it, there are better Greek places for gyros and souvlaki in London. We went on Greek Easter and they offered us eggs and louloumades on the house - a very nice touch.

Ok-ish food, good pitas, generous portions. Work is needed to improve the interior of the restaurant.
