Staff couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly, great service with excellent food and wine.

The food was absolutely amazing, however it was slightly overpriced just for a lunch. I am going to go back again in the evening for the a la carte menu. We’ll see how that works out. No getting away from it the food was perfect. Brian

Not up to the usual high standard by any means. Tempura broccoli tempura was too big pieces and tempura should be crispy and light. This was heavy and solid. Chips were not the usual standard. Steak, cod, pig was good but a bit spoiled by the side dishes. Very disappointed.

Absolutely amazing food - this restaurant does quality. The monkfish was sublime and the tempura battered broccoli was out of this world..

Hands down the best meal I have had in the last 10 years. Utterly fantastic. Five stars (because I cannot give six stars).

4 of us for a special birthday, welcomed and sat easily. Customer service was great and very attentive all night. Food was very good to excellent. One diner had been before and said steak wasn’t as good as it had been last time. I had venison it was just great, pork starter and broccoli tempura went down really well. Lamb really tasty and just red enough, although fat could have been rendered a little more. I personally found some of the starters a little too salty but that’s just me. Downsides - should be more obvious before arrival that mains don’t come with anything sand sides require ordering. Great food but overpriced I felt. Strongly against the added service charge, we don’t have a tipping culture and would probably tip the amount anyway but it feels cheeky to assume.

Absolutely outstanding we had Scallops Iberian pig and crab tempura for starters then steak and iberian black pig my husband managed the sticky toffee pudding for desert honestly one of the best meals we have had. Lovely surroundings and service was great we will definitely be back what a gem of a place.

Very average! Food on offer was good and beautifully cooked but sweetcorn battons and mushrooms as veg options, “ really”! My wife and my friend had Monkfish. The veg options on offer were very poor! Cost of deserts are a bit off at £12 !

Firstly it was a Sunday lunchtime so the food was tapas. The food was exceptional particularly the Signature Iberian Pig. The issue was around the service. We ordered a cocktail which we intended to drink before the food was served. We also ordered a bottle of wine. The waitress did say the food would be delivered when it was ready but she wanted all our food order at the onset. We ended up with all our food on the table before we had finished our cocktail and before the wine was served. Was not a pleasant experience. We have recently returned from Spain ant this is not how Spanish restaurants serve tapas. The waitress needs to highlight (before we order) all the food will come at once so we could end up ordering 2 plates maximum and then reorder. It was a pity as it was not how our 70th birthday celebration was meant to go. Would I return - yes but I know a lot more about how to order their version of tapas.
