Originating from our Chef’s hometown in the famous animal sanctuary district in Nepal, simmered in strong flavours of garlic and mixed with a blend of spices and finished off with sundried red chillies that have been deep fried. (Slightly Hot)
Kathmandu Biriyani
Whether its Hyderabadi or Rajasthani the Biriyani is the most sought out dish in South and East Asia.
