We always get a brilliant meal at J S Restaurant and they give such great value, would recommend to everyone. There is no Kosher Restaurant in Manchester better than this.

Very enjoyable meal with a lovely atmosphere. Had the Early Bird dinner and was also offered the Turkey seasonal dinner as part of the Early Bird Menu. My co diners also opted for the Early Bird. We visit regularly and find the staff and Michael himself very obliging and friendly. The best Kosher Restaurant in Manchester.

The service was good and there was a nice atmosphere at the JS. The soup was lovely and the chicken salad was a little disappointing. On the whole a nice evening.

The JS is our local Jewish restaurant in Prestwich which we frequent about twice a month. Sometimes we go for the early bird meal which is fantastic value and a great choice of meals to chose from. Other times due to circumstances to do with time we go later. But whichever time you go you can guarentee a great tasty hot meal of great value and good portions as well. And with a superb choice always this Restaurant is our number one choice for dining out!

Went for a family lunch. The food was excellent and the service top notch. We all left empty plates. Will definatly be returning again. If your a member of the local community your bound to know some of the other customers.

Welcoming and homely atmosphere as well as excellent food and service. I believe that JS restaurant continues to be a very big attraction in Manchester, but ironically more so for people from Liverpool, Leeds Whitefield ,Bury etc etc rather than for the locals for some inexplicable reason. A large percentage of local clientele also happen to be originally from the aforementioned towns and areas but who now happen to live locally. I also think that Mr Isslers presence on a regular basis, chatting to clients and going around from table to table at times helps to create the relaxed and informal atmosphere that people enjoy.

A bit busy this evening, meaning that we had a bit of a delay in ordering dessert and the kids meals were a bit slow. However, the food was excellent as was the atmosphere.

Although it was busy we were served promptly politely with hot tasty meals.shame that they ran out of bake well pie.will go again soon as we always enjoy visiting

We had a great time the food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious too! The service was second to none and even the little kids were treated with respect!

Brilliant food and service! great atmosphere would strongley reccomend to anyone who likes a good value tasty meal in Manchester, we will definately be returning soon!

The service, food and atmosphere were all first class... A great place to enjoy good food in a great environment. Suggest the chicken wings for starter... followed by the Liver.. finished off with Almond Bakewell.. All simply delicious

Amazing food, ambience and service. The specials were interesting and varied and the regular menu was as varied as always. The portions are not good for the waistline! Love going to JS.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent dining experience in the JS restaurant. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the food portions were very good and it was excellent value for money.

A wonderful experience as ever at JS. The staff we accomodating and the food was excellent. You can't get better chicken soup anywhere - it's perfect. My chicken schnitzel was juicy and the steamed veg and coleslaw a perfect accompaniment.

The venue was attractive and clean, the menu was varied , the food of good quality and well presented and the staff extremely attentive on a very busy evening with a full restaurant.
