Nothing really to say, but It was not bad experience.
authentic Korean restaurant! I can feel the atmosphere that I was in Korea
Good quailty food, excellent for big groups of people as they have enough tables for BBQ for all.
I love the Korean BBQ concept...this was the first time going to a Korean BBQ in the city and it did not disappoint
Love to go there with my kids as it reminds me of K-town in Manhattan...
Every visit is a joy with great food and a casual atmosphere.
Fantastic Korean restaurant! Staffs and owner were kind! Don’t hesitate to go this restaurant
This place is trying really hard but need more customers! i would definitely go again because the food and service was great but they need to invest in the place a bit which they can only do IF MORE PEOPLE GO!!!!!!!!
Very good Korean food. We really like it and had a good time
Absolutely amazing. Food was the best I have ever had
Food was delicious! Amazing service from the moment we entered to the moment we left.
Small restaurant with table grills and lovely authentic food - we really enjoyed our visit
good food with reasonable price , just only for car park , good time after 19:00
Taste good!! I really recommend to any one! Good services.
Fantastic, authentic Korean food. Try pork intestines!! Very good price.
We did have a perfect meal and a good service
Good amount of food. Very nice manager/ owner. It was a busy night but it was good. The food is amazing and overall very happy
Food was totally fine, but the restaurant and service were not great. They had new staff, which is fair enough - but no one was welcoming or particularly friendly. Won't be going again.
The five of us has a brilliant genuine Korean food last night as always. Thank you ever so much. Looking forward to the next time!
The food was tasty and the meat was nicely seasoned, but £9-12 portion it was a little small. But still a nice cosy location overall.
Only authentic Korean Restaurant in the city of London area. Alright BBQ and food. Try their fried chicken and pork belly BBQ. It's also good for drinks
Draft beer was not available because the beer server was broken. Order process was not smooth or systematic and was time consuming. Toilet was partially out of order. However, the taste was good and, above all, the location is convenient.
Short of staff. Only two waitresses in a busy Saturday evening. We had to wait for a long time. Changed the menu twice. Both Menus are missing pages.
Loved the selection of food, a good mix of seafood and meats. Always reserve a place, as it does get busy in the evenings. Friendly staff as well. Thank you xx
The bbq meat were all salty, the way the pot and external gas pot for bbq was so dangerous as it kept sliding down from table and the oil splash all over my arm. I eats a lot of korean food but never had experience Hot oil splashing all over my arm.
We booked this for a large group of business associates from all over the world. They serve you a lot of meat - a lot. Great for a lively night out, with lots of food.
The taste is not bad. The price is a little bit higher. Volume is not big. A lot of seats exists. Lunch is better than dinner.
We loved the food. We had a buffe style meanu. One of us wasn't eating beef and they bought out a separate plate of meat. Service was good as well, guessing it was the owner who bought out the meet really funny guy so is the girl with the blonde hair ( sorry didn't catch names) And helpful. The other girl seemed a bit unfriendly. And there were no napkins. But we still had a nice experience. I would definitely go back :)
Been here 5-6x for the buffet Unfortunately it's not as good as before. Meat marinated too salty, kimchi been in fridge too long, can taste how unfresh it is. Staff service is good and they are trying their best but too busy so could be slow and as only one chef so even slower on food delivery. Fish dish was a bit overdone it was a bit dry. Dumplings and pancake was nice. Overall just not as nice as before with the meats for bbq.
Great evening, helpful staff for first time barbecuers! Can easily eat veg or pescatarian if preferred. A few rowdy Koreans added to the authenticity and usually indicates good authentic food!
The restaurant is quite nice, a bit too hot sometimes. We were 2 and had set menus with several courses and different choice of meat. We were very satisfied with the amount of food and the taste, especially the meat.
Very good service and food quality. The menu had a rich variety of choice and the service was very friendly and fast. Highly recommended - worth a visit.
Really wasn't that great. Restaurant and the tables looked a bit shabby. No atmosphere to begin with but we were the first ones in, got a lot better later. I kind of liked the service but it was quite casual with the way they spoke and dealt with us. They also put us on a table where the fryer in the table didn't work and so they had to move us considering we needed it. Wouldn't be in a rush to go back.
The food was not good as I have expected and the Chinese waiter looked like someone owns her money and she was not paying attention!!!
Nice food, rather small portions and work required in terms of restaurant presentation on a number of levels e.g. there is a fine line between 'home spun' and treating the restaurant as a store room and K Place tends towards the latter. Touches like cling-film over one defunct urinal in the gents and a loose hand dryer knob are not great. This is not a cheap restaurant, otherwise one might be more forgiving. The waiting staff were cordial but they need a good maître d' to sort them out a bit. They were tucking into their own meal in the restaurant between duties (at 7,.30pm so not exactly out of hours) and on one occasion delivered a dish to our table while chewing a mouthful of something or other. Ok in your grandmother's kitchen but not so in a restaurant where we paid proper London prices. To end on a positive, the chef seemed to know what he is doing so arguably they have got the most important bit right. However a restaurant is about presentation, style, dining experience and much more than just the food. Focus on the rest and keep the food as good as it is and you will be in a good place.
Food was delicious, the buffet menu is definitely worth it
Celebrated a friend’s birthday and restaurant was excellent! Our waitress was kind, helpful and attentive! Made it very easy to celebrate and helped to ensure that evening ran smoothly. Food was delicious - we got the k buffet and accommodated for halal (chicken), non-pork eaters. Excellent evening - cannot thank the staff enough and will definitely be back! Thank you!
We had the fat end, which is difficult to find in London, and it was good. Other dishes were all great too. I think it is a one of the few Korean restaurants in the Bank area, so worthwhile for people working around there to make a visit!
I ordered beef with rise and miso soup. The meat was looking and tasting very good. Rise and miso soup nice too. The order was taken correctly and food served quickly and in a nice manner. A bit of a shame, but understandable is that you can't use the table bbq if you only have one dish to cook. The ventilation isn't amazing so my clothes were smelly after the visit. The waitress seemed a bit unconfident and shaky, almost like it was her first day at work, and wasn't able to tell much about the dishes. Positive in general, but there is some room for improvement.
The place is smal but really lovely and nice so would advice to book a table. Food is amazing, staff is really friendly and helpful, definetly coming back again!
