Kababish Restaurant Moseley

Lovely food and the staff were very attentive and helpful in explaining the different dishes. Our order was taken quite quickly and our food arrived quick too, even though the restaurant was very full.

The Kababish Moseley is my favourite balti house, the service is friendly and fast and the food it always amazing, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Good service but balti curry was a little bland and smallest portions of any of the wide variety of local curry restaurants. Staff were pleasant enough and reasonably priced but food was avaerage to be honest.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful. Food was a little disappointing for some (although that may reflect choosing unknown dishes from the specials rather than traditional curries) but rest of group were very pleased with theirs. Good value, and would return.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. Staff are very welcoming. It has a very varied menu which is slightly different than your run of the mill Indian restaurant. Each of us had something different from the menu and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Only down side is parking. We had to ring to say we were trying to find somewhere to park. It took us 15 mins to find somewhere.

Very pleasant evening at the Kababish last night, meal was lovely as usual and the staff were friendly and welcoming, as they always are. Would recommend.

Fantastic food, service is brilliant. We have been eating at the Kababish for years and never get tired of going. We have introduced so many friends and family and they all love it too. Our nephew from France asks to go when he visits. I recommend the onion bhaji and any of the Baltic.

This restaurant is a Moseley institution and has a pleasant and cheerful vibe. The food was fine but not outstanding. The popaddoms were a bit underwhelming and my chicken balti must have had the Chicken added just at the end. I think times have moved on and they need to do better to keep up.

The restaurant has good food and good atmosphere, the staff are friendly helpful. I would reccomend this place to others looking for a good curry in Birmingham

A meal at the Kababish is always enjoyable and this one was no exception. The staff are always helpful and welcoming and the food and drink is good.

Super friendly service. The food was delicious and I couldn't fault my cocktail. We booked based on previous reviews and weren't disappointed. Would definitely go back.

As per usual the staff friendly ,attentive and in no rush to move you on ,and again the food meets more than your expectations , well priced well prepared an overall fine dining experience.

Always our favourite spot, Kababish never fails on service, quality of food and décor. They staff are charming and efficient and knowledgeable about the menu. Fresh ingredients are used to create a delicious array of dishes. Two of us are vegetarian and there is an extensive choice on offer. The surroundings are warm and welcoming and we never feel rushed or neglected.

Starters fine. Main courses were bland and tasteless. Meat tasted as if it been precooked and ingredients added to make the dish up. Very poor.

Party of 4 we all had starters and a main with rice and chips and nan bread. The service was good and food even better highly recommended.

Can't believe that i have been going to the Kababish Mosely since it opened, and It's still a firm favorite, the welcome is always as if you are part of their extended family, and the food? always piping hot and perfect.

The service was generally good although some spilt food was not wiped away between courses. All food was of a very good standard and the meat particularly tender. Moderately priced for good quality. I would recommend the Kababish.

Very busy but welcoming and friendly. The menu is unlike a standard Indian restaurant menu - as is the food when it comes. Great tasting food, good portions, reasonable prices. We shall return.

Very busy Friday night but the helpful staff managed to squeeze an additional friend on our table. As always the food was beyond excellent as was the service.

Used it for years staff and owners fantastic good exelent parking may be a problem but it will be worth the walk to have a meal at this eatery

As always, a wonderful night at Kababish. Been to a lot of restaurants, but this remains my firm favourite. Beautiful décor, friendly staff and delicious food and drinks. Have been going there for over 30 years.

Good service and atmosphere. The food was good, very good, but just lacked that 'x-factor' to make it top class. However, was excellent value and I would go again.

Really good Indian food with large portion sizes and we were very well looked after by the staff. Menu had an expansive variety of meals to choose from

My first visit to this charming restaurant. A really nice location, the food was really great - at last an indian restaurant where you can taste the spices! - and the environment is pretty good. The service was rather patchy, especially considering the place wasn't anywhere near its full capacity, We had to find a waiter to take our drinks order and we also ordered popadoms that never arrived, but I'll definitely be back to give them a second chance.

The care and attention is evident in all aspects of the restaurant. From the welcome at the door to the service and quality of food. Always a lovely experience.
