Unfortunately the food was the worst I've ever eaten in a liverpool restaurant. Bland and dry with no seasoning at all. Even the dessert was bad, a rubbery pan cake. Will never return
We have visited the Kasbah on numerous occasions and have enjoyed their varied menu eac time. The atmosphere is always congenial and the service is excellent. Carl Joaeph
The food was great and reasonably priced but we were placed right at the back by the toilets and kitchens which was a little cramped. The restaurant was far too hot (the air conditioning didn't seem to be turned on) and some of the staff were a bit rude.
Great atmosphere, welcoming , friendly and helpful waiters- you even get a fez! Food is good, but not as good as our previous visits , were disappointed with the lamb tagine.
Consistently good. Always a favourite. Good service and food. Excellent value. We would certainly visit again. Good value set menu with a choice for those who do not eat meat.
this was a really nice and peaceful place. The staff were really nice and polite, the food was spot on and it was a day to remember
The Fez Tagine and sweet pancakes were fantastic and really filling. Attentive staff, great food and atmosphere, couldn't ask for more. I would definitely go back.
they didn't seem to know about our booking and we have to wait a while for a table to be free. They served the first course without the drinks. The food was very nice and the service was quick.
We had a great time at the Kasbah, the Food was simply amazing, and also the Service was nice and very helpfull. The Tapas have a good size for lunch, Prices are good and the marokkan mint tea was the best!!!
Great meal and atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much that we went back the following day for lunch! The Moroccan lemonade is lovely, it's like a non alcoholic mojito.
Wonderful food at a very reasonable price. Great traditional Moroccan decor and great atmosphere. Will definately eat here again and recommend it to our friends.
Something a bit different, a very Moroccan feel about the place. The air can get a bit smokey with the kitchen situated behind the bar in the same room where you eat, but for me this adds to the atmosphere. Went here for breakfast. It's like English breakfast but with everything slightly spiced up. Very tasty food all round. The mint tea is a must try. Very sweet with a hint of honey.
Only the second time I have been and still as good as the first time, all the magic and amazement of the way the food is served and mint tea is poured for the first time is not lost the second time. With a place like Kasbah I don't think it will ever be lost. Great service top notch food & drink, can not wait to go back! Real shame I live so far away :'(
Very good evening ..excellent food with a quality service .finish off with the Moroccan mint tea ,you Will not regret it..what's not to like .
Fantastic atmosphere and loved the no-alcohol aspect. The spiced teas we had were delicious. Slightly slow having drinks orders taken on arrival and I, personally, didn't think potatoes, which had a reheated taste to them, in the tagines worked. Sweet potato might work but not white potato - they just made an otherwise refreshing meal heavy. Otherwise, fantastic. Without these small things it would have been full marks.
Excellent food (I highly recommend Couscous Royale with great taste and big portion), however the staff was not much friendly and smiling. Nice Moroccan atmosphere! Enjoyable experience :-)
Fabulous food. Soooo tasty. Took friends for the first time, and they thoroughly enjoyed it too. Décor beautiful with the most decorative lanterns hung up.
A great experience , food exceptional and great service a real treat. Every one in our party of 6 was pleased with there meals , will defentlly be going back
As usual,we had an excellent meal at the Kasbah this evening,,served by friendly staff,in a lovely atmosphere. This place is truly one of Liverpool's hidden gems.
Food and service always good. Sometimes you what because it's busy but it's worth it . Do book because it gets really busy especially weekends
Another wonderful meal at this gem of a restaurant in Liverpool..rapidly becoming my favourite place to dine.Always great food, friendly staff and a nice ambiance here.
Amazing food and great service in a lovely environment. Really good value lunch menu too. Would thoroughly recommend the Tagine de Fez! Will definitely be visiting again soon!
Excellent food, relaxed service (no one trying to rush us out after our meal) Great ambiance and decor and clean. We will go again, definitely!
Enjoyed the experience of the Kabah first for my mum she loved it putting on the fez great photo opportunity grandchildren just need more choice.
There was nothing on the website to say no alcohol is served. Food was very nice but we would not have booked it if we would've known there was no alcohol.
Restaurant was very busy and lively, food was excellent as was the service. Would highly recommend a visit if looking for something different and tasty
Went with a party of 3 to Kasbah. We had a really good time. Very nice food, really nice staff and a good atmosphere. Can't really complain!
Another great meal at Kasbah...the service, standard of food and atmosphere at this restaurant are all of top quality...rapidly becoming one of my favourite places to eat.
I LOVE this place so much! The food is always excellent, we've been going to the kasbah since it opened and it never fails. Great service, friendly staff, wonderful decor and amazing food. Highly highly recommended. I can't say enough about just how much I love it!
The food was great and at a nice price We'll go again because there are so many things on the menu I want to try
Beautiful restaurant. Service was a little slow but when starters came they were simply divine! Best olives I've ever tasted! Mains were nice- plenty of food, ordered chicken tagine and chicken couscous but was a little bland. Could not fault the value for money. Overall a lovely experience thank you!
Lovely food, hot and tasty, filling. No alcohol, mint lemonade lovely.service good.very filling main meal,no need for starter.went with work fez hats a bonus.recommend booking was full and popular.
The food was great and the staff were friendly. I don't know if it's worth booking a table though, as we ended up waiting 35mins for it with other groups who presumably hadn't booked. Go after 9pm when there's more space!
Lovely food and well priced. Love the fact that it was full of flavour and not spicy. Highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.
On Christmas Eve we went as a large family group with children from 6 months to 13 years, we arrived a little early and the staff arranged seating for us straight away. A great menu selection, something for everyone. We ordered a bit of everything to share across the table, and it all arrived together and nice and hot. The service was very good, friendly family atmosphere. We would go here again, and we would recommend a visit.
Great food, lovely staff and atmosphere. Also reasonably priced with generous portion sizes. Good selection of vegetarian options. Only suggestion for improvement would be more bathrooms.
Fantastic food amazing friendly staff our first-ever time here and will be coming back would recommend this to anyone faultless a diamond of a find
Delicious meal, polite and friendly service, and wonderful ambiance.Would recommend this place to my friends and family.Do remember to reserve a table,as it is a very popular place.
Food was lovely, service could have been friendlier.... Had a lovely night! Great atmosphere, busy. Deffo going back, the tagines and breakfasts look great!! Price was great. Well worth a visit
The Kasbah is an excellent value Moroccan restaurant serving delicious tagines and couscous based dishes in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to an authentic Moroccan soundtrack. If you order a tagine be warned that it comes piping hot so you may have a bit of a wait for it to cool down enough to eat, but well worth the wait! Portions are very generous but we still managed to share a plate of baklava. And all this for about £15 a head. Highly recommended if you're anywhere near Bold Street and worth a bit of a trek if you're not.
