The staff were incredibly welcoming with fabulous service. A great selection on the menu and the food very well presented and tasty.

Kervan Kitchen is amazing! The service is very efficient and the staff are all so kind. It was my husband’s birthday and they treated him like a celebrity! The food was delicious and filling and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. Definitely the best meal out I have had in Ipswich in a long time.

Great would come again. Would recommend . The food was delicious. The drinks service was very slow. I had to ask 3 times to get my second drink to show up I had almost finished my dinner and still didn’t have it. That was the only negative. I get it was very busy but 3 times was a bit much. Atmosphere although very loud, it felt fun and lively in there. Staff friendly.

Our first experience of Kervan Kitchen we personally would not rush back. We had a table booked, but this was not ready, it feels like staff are rushing around, and snippets of conversations were strained/you could sense annoyance/friction in trying to get tables cleared and out again just felt very rushed. The noise level in the restaurant is quite overwhelming, with load music and a large open plan searing plan when busy with very loud music for birthday celebrations it was hard to have a conversation. Food was nice, starters were very good, Mains were okay but rice was served cold on all three dishes (although meat was nice and hot) we didn't have desert.

I had sea bass which was lovely. Not enough beurre blanc but it was Lovely food and atmosphere Good for celebrations

So glad we booked to eat early, 17.45 hrs, as it was very busy. Even queuing to get in when we left around 19.00ish. The environment was really lovely, waiters were attentive, the food was plentiful and very tasty. However, the kleftico and moussaka lacked the spiciness of Turkish cuisine. Do you "tone down" the spices to accommodate the English palate. Overall a good evening with family.

We enjoyed the evening, however was very noisy and we thought a bit expensive.

Very welcoming with an amazing vibe in the restaurant, it was busy with nearly every table occupied, plenty of well organised and easily visible staff on hand, the decor is very tasteful, the toilets are pristine and superbly decorated, extensive menu and suitable for vegetarian dishes. The collective celebration of birthdays is a tad annoying when loud music is piped through the entire dining area, waiters clap and sing, once is a novelty, four or more times it’s tedious, maybe tone that down a bit. For two of us having starter and main and one drink each it was £91 so far from average in Ipswich but on first impressions probably the best new restaurant in Ipswich right now, highly recommend you visit but book to avoid disappointment.

A wonderful experience, and the staff are lovely. It is great that people celebrate their birthdays in Kervan Kitchen, but the sudden and loud music that gets played when the cake comes out, really interrupts an otherwise great experience. It stops conversation.
